I need to stop trying. Went to the drive thru and they had me park (even though I only ordered basic things). After 10 minutes I had to go inside to see what was going on and it's just a cluster in there. Had to wait an additional 5 minutes to get my food. Total time at this place was about 40 minutes before getting my food.

My experience here was much better than the one in Holt. The drive is a little further but worth it. The few times I've chosen to come here intsead the food is fresher, I receive my food faster, and I haven't had to deal with mistakes/missing food.

Thanks for being better!

What's sad is I drive further and make it home faster than when I order in holt and live 5 min away.

If I could not give any i stars i would. Extremely poor service and screwed up orders. You call and speak with the supervisor/manager and they are Extremely rude, will not give their name, said well i didnt pack your order so are you coming back or not, and around very poor. I suggest going to a different McDonald's of you want better service and the right order.

Worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to! Be prepared to wait at least 20 mins and be parked. Could go to a sit down restaurant in this amount of time AND receive better service

I order breakfast before i go into work a few days a week and I order a sausage biscuits with round egg and I tell ya I never had a better sandwich my biscuits always fluffy and soft and always a friendly smile 😃

Everytime I have been to this location, and I don't go often, something has been wrong with my order. Have they given me coupons to make it better? Yes they have. But I will not be going here again.

Had an online coupon put in kiosk and it locked up. It was for free fry if you buy something. Employee could not help so manager came out started over and naturally code was gone. She said sorry can’t do anything without code. I said you erase it and she said again no free fry without code and stormed away. I was very disappointed and worse service ever.

How bad could a McDonalds be? After my third bad experience here I thought it deserved a review, because it appears this location has issues that others don't. Today my wife and I showed up at their empty drive-through to place our mobile orders. We had each placed a mobile order on our own phone. When they heard that we had 2 mobile orders they said we could only fill them by parking and coming inside. We've done this many times at other McDonald drive throughs, never with any problem. I asked why, and the order taker (who turned out to be the manager) wouldn't answer. Long story short, getting food took about 15 minutes inside and there was no line. My best guess, only a guess, is that they try to punish dual orders to ensure that in the future there is only 1 mobile discount per car. And then the fries arrived stone cold. I got to thinking about other problems I have had only at this location. For example, I usually ask for "light ice" at the drive-through speaker because the mobile app only allows regular or no ice. All other locations happily do this - but this location says "we can't adjust because the order is already in." I won't go through my third bad experience because this review has already gone on long enough, lol. I'm cool with McDonalds but not this one.
