Ive been to this mcdonalds a couple times and have a bad experience each time. I stopped there tonight on my way home. The person at the window wasn't very friendly. After getting my sprite and tasting it, it tasted horrible! Kinda like when the machine needs to be cleaned. I couldve asked for a new drink but at this point, I was not happy with this place and just wanted to go home! I will not be coming back to this mcdonalds

Ordered 4 mcchickens and one spicy snack wrap. 3 cars behind us got their food first before having to go inside. Got the order to the car got the mcchickens correct was given a regular snack wrap instead

Ordered 2 large fries to go. Waiting in the lobby 20 minutes. Watched a manager eating a fry as she put them into a customers bag. The toilet in the bathroom was also clogged. Horrible experience.

Took forever to get food. We were dinning in and they just set our food on the counter and didn't say anything.

Food often takes forever to arrive regardless of how many people In line. These are not isolated incidents. Even with mobile orders. You could place it 10 minutes ahead. And they still will make you wait another 10 or so minutes. Snippy employees depending who's on shift. Not to mention the rip off pricing nowadays compared to portion sizes. Room to improve
