Food often takes forever to arrive regardless of how many people In line. These are not isolated incidents. Even with mobile orders. You could place it 10 minutes ahead. And they still will make you wait another 10 or so minutes. Snippy employees depending who's on shift. Not to mention the rip off pricing nowadays compared to portion sizes. Room to improve

No good morning from the worker as she shoved my bag out the window handed me my Sprite and then forgot almost forgot my coke. Normally hospitality is great this morning not so wonderful

Food was absolutely terrible, could not finish the burgers. Myself and my dog spiked a fever within hours from food poisoning. I my fever is coming down and I'm taking my dog to emergency now after 48 hours.
The people are always so nice. I'm just not sure what's going on here. Every time I come, doesn't really matter what time, I have to pull off to the side (along with every single other customer). It's literally every time the last 15 times. I know they want their drive thru times to look good, but it's kinda getting out of hand. I got my son a 6 piece nugget happy meal and had to pull off. When I got the food it wasnt even fresh. I've been here about 30 times and it's just gotten worse and worse with pulling off. Unfortunately, I'm going to have to stop coming to this one and go to the Kipp rd one.

I need to stop trying. Went to the drive thru and they had me park (even though I only ordered basic things). After 10 minutes I had to go inside to see what was going on and it's just a cluster in there. Had to wait an additional 5 minutes to get my food. Total time at this place was about 40 minutes before getting my food.

My experience here was much better than the one in Holt. The drive is a little further but worth it. The few times I've chosen to come here intsead the food is fresher, I receive my food faster, and I haven't had to deal with mistakes/missing food.
