Apparently new guy at window. Tried to get unsweetened ice tea with Splenda. Watched him overflow my drink onto counter, I shouted to stop the drink. Got very little Splenda after overflow and NO ICE. Guess I'll have to walk them through step by step. Not the first time the order was messed up.
