Made a simple order of breakfast burritos and an egg McMuffin. Of course they made us pull off to the side so they can rush through other orders and took over 5 minutes to get us our stuff. I would understand if our order was complicated but it’s just regular stuff..

Went through the drive through for a lg Mocha Frappe I ordered xtra chocolate drizzle , I was charged 30 cents xtra , no big deal. They brought me my frappe after having pull over and wait and it was probably the worse Mocha Frappe I've had since you started selling them. It was more like a Mocha chocolate milk , the xtra chocolate drizzle looked like they took a spoon and smeared some chocolate on the inside of the cup Will more than likely ever come back there , on top of that the ice tea is so cloudy unlike the tea you get in Lansing , you can tell the water is good there you can see right through the tea so nice and clear You need help

Why am I having to pull forward during every transaction? The drive thru area is so close to the road in a spot that can get jammed up with cars trying to leave the gas station.

Went thru the drive thru. The cashier saved us some money on our order by making some changes for a better deal. Kudos to them for helping us out. Food was good as well

It's ridiculous that you always have to pull forward to wait for food. Sometimes there are so many cars that have pulled there aren't any places to park and wait. Who thought this was a brilliant idea?

Thanks for the food poisoning...thought it smelled bad...thought it was just me..plus the worker who was running the food out..not very personable...and why are you having everyone wait on their food 🙄...happens every time now.. Who manages??? Surely not doing their job and putting costumers heath in jeopardy..calling corporate because what if a small child ate that...smh

I’ve been through multiple times now alone and with my roommate and have been on several occasions been treated so rudely by the older woman named Jess. I don’t know if it’s cause I’m obviously gay or that she’s black. But I’m over it. I’ve called to complain and was hung up on by the management at the store but not before I could hear them bickering back and forth in the background. Jess you were real quick to defend yourself. But maybe you should just work on being a better employee so you don’t have to. That’s of course on top of being pulled forward on the simplest of orders and always, always getting cold, half full fries.
