Worst McDonalds ever. I just don’t see how I can order 15 minutes Carlton the app, only getting fries, get there and have to wait 12 more minutes just for the fries to be cold…… like how horrible at your job can you possibly be…

Basic setup attached to a BP station. 3 employees were working at the time. 2 drive through orders were parked to get their orders out to them by staff. Waited over 30 minutes for 4 double cheese burgers, 2 fish sandwiches, 20 count nugget, and a large beverage. Just an average visit with slightly longer than usual wait. Everything we ordered was correct.

Used the drive thru to grab an ice cream. Service was good, and the ice cream was fine. They need to work on how to put soft serve on a cone but most all McDonald's need to teach their employees how to, but aside from the ice cream basically just being piled on the cone and about t0 just fall off it seems to be a normal thing no matter what McDonald's I go to
