The food was good but I was unable to get my drink because they where mainly focused on the people in the drive through. It took 15 just to get my food and I wasn’t able to get a drink but was still charged. The workers seemed very busy and stressed so that might be why, but the woman who gave me my food did apologize for the wait and seemed very nice.

For some reason their shake machine is down 24/7. Also they never seem to be able to make frappe cause that machine is down too. Not just this visit. But every single visit for that last 2 years. Update.11.9.25 Every mcdonalds is never fast. Mcdonalds has now become pull forward and wait so it stops drive through times so or manager has a small chance at getting a bonus for times. We as people just need to say, no I won't pull forward because your employees can't get their heads out of you know where to serve the people at a fast food establishment. Not a medium or slow pace establishment. Sickening mcdonalds has fell this low. Just go to burger king or Wendy's. Much much faster and polite

3rd time in a row this has happened to me. Different locations but this was the most recent. Order a large size for the sole purpose to get the monopoly pieces and only come out with one on the fries.

Okay so I went on October 12. Arrived at 12:25pm. It was a longer line but I had already pre ordered so wasn’t that big of a deal. I knew it would take a minute. I was there until 12:59pm. The guy had even came out for my receipt bc he said “you’ve been waiting so long!”. I was nice, I know sometimes it can get busy and I’m not into the whole confrontation. Comes back out with my food. And I guess shame on me for not double checking my order but like, you would think it would be right. Nope. Didn’t have any of my fries which is like 4$ each. When I called to try and get refunded there was nothing he could do unless I came back. And at that point I just would have gotten my fries. Anyways, I always have a problem with my order being right. There needs to be a better system for all of this, and if food is forgotten, there needs to be a way to make it right where I don’t have to come back to get it fixed.

Omg highly would not recommend. I go there for a job interview, 40 minutes close to an hour still waiting. It’s either the manager forgot about me or just didn’t have any sense of urgency to do it. Multiple people were waiting on their food for 10+ minutes if not longer. So the service is slow. And then the manager or whoever was in charge, was making comments to customers like “ I know I’ve asked you about five times now but what do you want?” Just overall not a good environment from first impression. Did not even do my interview.
