This is the best subway around. The gentleman that is always there on Tuesday evenings keeps things running smooth. Food is fresh, bread isn't hard, and the staff is nice

we go to the Mason location. Food is usually pretty fresh. There is one male manager that you don’t know what “mood” he’s in until he either speaks or hides in the back so I give him 2 stars will it be the Jekyll or Hyde persona for that visit? They are the closest location trekking home from work so already I just want to get food and go home without feeling like I’m a bother. Do Better Dude!

I haven’t stopped into a subway since I quit working with the company almost 3 years ago. After being a sandwich artist for so long I’ve grown to be quite picky with the quality of vegetables that go on my food as well as how my food is prepared. The gentleman who served me today was completely fine with my pickiness, he was in such a great mood, even with my odd requests. I wish I would’ve gotten his name so I could shout him out in this review. Thank you for taking the time to execute great Customer service and accommodate your guests as needed. Tell me why I place an online order for 3 subs and get a phone call from them 1 minute later and tell me they have no dang bread!?!? How does a place that sells sandwiches have no bread!?!? That’s like one of the 7 wonders of the world type of question here folks! And for that….. you get 1 star.

I came into the Mason location late in the day, and long story short, Ava, Adien, and Chris were great attitudes, and products were wonderful. My footlong was awesome 👌 best thing is the welcome attitudes and great service. Thank you, three, for a great SUB and such friendly service.

Place was empty when I arrived with half the veggie trays empty with only a little unappealing/old veggies in them. Of the few decent veggies they had the person making the sandwich puts the least amount possible on the sandwich, literally 3 green pepper slivers on a footlong. Why are you so stingy with the veggies? And I still left a tip...but don't think I'll be back to this specific location, have had this experience a few times at this location.
