I had a hair in my food and later that night, I had gotten terribly sick. This is the first time that has ever happened from eating at TB but I won't be going back for awhile after that.

Very convenient location and clean. After camping in Wilderness State Park for 3 days, dirty, hungry and exhausted - stopped for gas and ordered a box meal. As we ate, before getting on highway for our 5 hour drive home, I cannot explain how comforting it was. Pure Happiness, gave us the substance to get home.

So i had a great experience with the staff. Very polite, and quick for what I ordered. I bought a party pack and a chilli cheese burrito and they were very good. And the holloween decorations were an awesome add to the store.

Ordered 2 meals off the app. They had trouble locating the order at first but found it and made our order quickly. After we were on our way home realized we didn't get all the sauce we asked for but not to big a deal. Started eating only to find out my chalupa was cold and chewy , very disappointing 😞. My nachos were mostly crumbles and the chips I had were very crunchy hard. My son's meal was good he said. I called Taco Bell upon getting home and spoke to Sarah. She was kind and apologetic. She also told me she would replace both meals. I did tell her my son's meal seemed fine, his was different than mine but had nachos as well and his chips were good. She again told me next time I wanted to come in they would replace both meals and thanked me. Very good customer service. I will definitely be back to this location.

Yeah it's tacobell. But there's gotta be some common sense when making HARD shell tacos not to press down and break them. Grilled cheese steak burrito barely had any steak and was loaded with rice. If I wanted a rice burrito I would have ordered one.
If you are looking for a restaurant after 11pm in the town of Mason, MI, your only option is Taco Bell. It is perfect. Their menu always satisfies my cravings. It is even better when they bring the Mexi-melts back. I like that I can get keto friendly fast food.

The food at the Taco Bell is better than most Taco Bell's in the area. The staff are friendly too. The only problem is they forget items you order, from the drive through, a lot of the time. Double check your items before you leave.

I ordered 3 doritos locos tacos no cheese cuz I’m lactose intolerant but I got 3 doritos locos tacos with only beef and extra cheese. Crazy. I’m still totally gonna eat em but my butt won’t be happy later. They were nice at least.
