Wow I was just on this side of town and I asked Siri “coffee near me” she gave bigby and then this place. Let me tell you I don’t regret choosing here. Ambiance 10/10 calm relaxing chill. I’d come here to finish up work and have coffee any day. DONT GET ME STARTED ON THE ASIAGO BAGEL. Fun fact. One of the workers sisters I’m assuming she’s the owner said her sister learned baking in England and uses that for the IN HOUSE MADE PASTRIES AND BAGELS. When I say light and airy and absolute perfection. I will be back … it’s kind of far from me but I will come back for that bagel alone!!! But everything else is amazing as well. And they don’t skimp on the cream cheese!! Also super friendly staff! 10/10

It’s hard to make a short summary how wonderful this business is. Not only is the coffee delicious without being packed full of Syrups and sugars, but their baked goods and food menu items are out of this world addictive.
But the real charm is a group of young professionals behind that counter. The people processing transactions and taking care of the customer at this location are almost always minors. These young adults have restored my faith in humanity. Seen their urgent and professional mindset, positivity, grace, and camaraderie, is inspirational. I don’t know if I’ve ever experienced anything like this at any business let alone a small town coffee shop. This coffee shop is a perfect representation of the community that we should strive to achieve as a whole.

Taste Coffee is my favorite coffee shop and when it comes to ambience, surpasses all other cafes in the area. This coffee shop, especially during Christmas, feels like it is out of a hallmark movie, incredibly cozy with a rustic touch. Great for studying, small meeting or catching up with a friend. The lattes always turn out great and my favorite part is that all their flavors are house made. If you order the maple latte, you are getting Michigan made maple! Finally, the customer service is top notch. People who work here are incredibly friendly. Love supporting a Michigan small business!
