Randomly closed at 12:30pm on a friday, no holiday. If I could post a video of all the people pulling in and realizing I would, Manager needs to be fired ASAP, its been like this for 3 years now

Went through the drive thru, let my grandson order is own food, when getting our order the lady complimented him for a good job and gave him a toy,she was so friendly, not to often do you get that kind of service, thank you kind lady wish I would of got her name 😀.

Couldn't get my order right for the life of them even after reading the receipt. I heard them say 3 people called off, I only saw 2 people working.... place was a mess! Trash, ketchup and flies all over. I will not return here!

Abysmal experience- we dined in for an order we placed on the app. Long wait, order was messed up. The actual restaurant was… rough. Not a single clean table or chair at 9am. Stains on everything including the walls. Food and paper all over the floor. Clogged ketchup dispenser that blasted my clothes. Bathrooms were disgusting. Will not be returning. Rough. 🤢

If it wasn't for me already paying for my food I would have left and gone elsewhere. They had all the food orders messed and it took forever to get my simple order. The lady who took my order said she was the only one there who wasn't new. By observing for half an hour I noticed it was a younger girl who actually had everything right. Three other people came in and walked back out after waiting to order. My order wasn't right but I wasn't going to go through the wait for them to try and make it right. Most were friendly. I was excited to try the caramel swirl but ended up throwing it out, the caramel was too artificial tasting. I actually felt sorry for the employees that were struggling with the orders. I felt like they needed more training or more experienced workers working at the same time.

Im not sure how you get to a point where there is only 1 person in the drive thru, the store is empty, and it somehow takes 10 minutes from pulling up to the speaker to getting your order.

The fries were cold, the frosty machine wasn't ready, and overall it just wasnt worth the wait. The biggy bag isn't even a good price at this point. The woman at the window just thrust the bag out.

It was pretty clear the one single other customer was difficult, but better prep and management would help keep things moving for everyone.

Just go spend your cash somewhere else, there is a reason the lot was empty.

Great employees! Awesome fresh food (fries could use a bit more salt).
There was a old man in the men's room with the door unlocked, so that was a shock to my boys trying to use the restroom. However, all else was great!

This place is always DIRTY, They are extremely rude, they never make any order right. Clear as day even the manager will argue with you when you clearly stated what you wanted and they take the FOOD BACK AND JUST ADD ON TO IT WHAT WAS MISSING. With their bare hands mind you. Today was a fusion frosty. They made a regular swirl because i had to repeat myself into the drive thru mic three times for the girl to even hear what i was asking for she named off all the flavors and still they gave me the wrong thing. went in and the manager took the already melted frosty from waiting nearly 10 minutes and added sprinkles too it. Extremely gross. This place deserves to be shut down. if you can’t or don’t want this job find a new one.
