I placed a pick up order online for 340. Arrived at 315 waited. My order was never even attempted to be mad. At 340 I explained my kids food (the order) needed to be on the bus for an away at 345 at which time a women with one front tooth and a crap attitude proceeded to tell me that they couldnt help me bc they were busy. I had already purchased the food. Further I asked to speak to a manager she disappeared to the back refusing to help her co-worker with my order and then reappeared refused to give me drink cups told me to get my own sides and then tried to take as long as she could so my kids missed the boss. I literally had to say just give me the PIZZA box PLEASE. All I know is ill never go back when kellys is right there serving you with a smile. And I recommend no one else makes this a stop of you have kids in sports. They dont value your time or money.

We had placed an online order. The order said that it would be ready for pickup by 12:05 in the afternoon. We got there, wasn’t ready. I waited, then proceeded to ask about my order. They stated that I may have placed it in a different location. Asked for proof, then when I showed them and that it took my money. They said “OH, it does that sometimes. We don’t know why.” “ you will have your money back in 24 hours.” Ok, 24 hours! Are you going to give me gas money for driving all the way to pick up nothing but attitude from the workers? The one worker was stressed, I could tell you possibly didn’t work there very long. The other one was plain out rude and disrespectful. She made it seem as it was my fault that their app online service was my fault. I will be talking to management. Poor poor service. As for the food I don’t know never got to eat my sandwich. A lot can happen in 24 hours.

I order here often both online for pickup and in person. The product is always great as well as the service. The place is always clean. I’ve only had one time that I ordered online and my order was not ready when it was said to be out of quite a few times. The only reason it was not ready was because the parking lot was packed full of vehicles along with about half a dozen people inside ordering. The wait was less then 5 minutes and completely understandable with how many people were there at the time.

Ordered 50$ worth the food online and picked it up. Live 20minutes away didn't have a single thing right. Nothing was toasted, forgot to check for all my items of course some were missing. Nothing was toasted, one small strip of bacon for a footlong BLT.. and wrong sauce on two other footlong.. If it isn't being made in front of you then don't go their. Manager is rude to and will tell you that you're lying. I didn't ask for money back or free items. I am gonna complain when 50$ and a 40min drive is all messed up. And I have to drive all the way back just to get what I paid for. I will never come back or order online again. And when you go in they are eating food over the prep area. God knows what all fell in the food ur getting.

Absolutely love this place! We keep coming back because there is a older female worker (redish hair) and she deserves a customer service reward. Always accommodating, friendly with a smile! I wish I knew her name but she makes the place so joyful and we will continue to spend our money here! The food is Fresh and amazing service.

Good workers, good food, everything is always fresh. The owner needs to take care of their wasp problem though as this is a public business which also means someone could get stung that is allergic, they're even inside of the building, Hire a pro.

Staff was great and food was awesome. Unfortunately their card reader was declining my debit card for some reason. There was a gentleman there that offered to pay for my meal as I was about to run up the street to the ATM. I ended up looking and had cash -$2. He chopped in. Great community, great owners, great staff.

Parking: Huge lot where you can park anything from a motorcycle to a tractor trailer with in entrances and exits on 2 streets
