My favorite spot! Nothing ever goes wrong with the food and if it has maybe it’s just you!! Love love love the deep fried asparagus and chicken Alfredo. 10/10 everyone is so friendly and welcoming!! Stop on in and get you some asparagus!!!

The food was good and the portions were big. Most people in our group had to get to go boxes for the extra food. Our serve was very friendly, got everyone's order perfect and was attentive to drink refills (always a top concern for me) and made us feel like she wanted us to be there.

We had 2 white fish dinners the fish was so hard you couldn't eat it the bread was burnt the whole meal was just warm I only live a mile away wasted $35.00 no more it's such a gamble there what you are going to get last time the ribs were dried out couldn't eat them just saying wish people cared about you and wanted to make you happy and want you to come back.

This place was such a great last minute find. Excellent food. Literally the best. Homemade ranch and blue cheese. The asparagus soup was so good and a first for us. The carrot cake was delish and the jolly rancher drinks were so yummy. Highly highly recommend.

Open Hearth Grille is worth a try for SURE . some unique and regional offerings like fried smelt to what i believe is the best prime rib in the area (yes I've been to the Bungalow). The cut of meat was better and very traditional in roasting and flavor #1. The soups offered are diverse and flavorful dont miss out try a new one , i dont think you will be disappointed. The onion rings are are like your at the county fair and a great table share ??. Service is always topps with information and personality . Sorry about the length but this place has done nothing but improved over the years. Great job keep it up.

I was planning a birthday dinner for a large group and was initially attracted to this place for their family style dining option. We ended up deciding on “to go” to keep the group at the lake cottage we had rented - the owner was extremely accommodating, even making up a custom order and quote, and delivered it herself. The food was excellent, with fresh & quality ingredients. Would definitely be interested in stopping in to the proper restaurant whenever back through the area next.
