Good food. One thing they have that most restaurants don't have is a 1/2 breakfast order on the menu which is 1 egg, 1 toast, 1/2 meat, 1/2 potatoes. The full order is way too much but the 1/2 order is just right for me. Cost is good also instead of ala carte!!

Update: 7.11.24, all is just as great as years ago. By the way, the staff... friendly and efficient!

We love this little restaraunt for it's home town feel and good food. The portion sizes are just right for the price. One waitress though, has been less than enthusiastic to serve us more than once. She certainly favors the local regulars and wears such short shorts, her apron almost covers it completely. Other than that, this place rocks!

Fantastic small town greasy spoon restaurant. Whenever my wife and I are in Stanwood near Mecosta, we order brunch from KJ's! Most recently had the breakfast sandwich; homemade bread stood up to the perfect medium egg and massive sausage patty. Thanks for the great food!
