It’s like nothing else in this area. Perfectly smoked meats, amazing cocktails and weekly specials that really show off Chef Jody’s range of talent. The view from the deck overlooking the river is perfect for date night too! Make sure to make a reservation, especially on the weekends, because word is out that this place rocks, and they fill up fast! It truly is like no other place in the area. 10/10!”

“Just an old time bar. Very clean, friendly service, great food and prices. I had my first Broasted Pork Chop, and it was the best I've ever had. I will definitely go back here. I wish i'd remembered to take a picture of the pork chop, but I was too busy devouring it. ”

“Cowboy Up has become my weekend ritual—and for good reason. The food is always amazing, the people are welcoming, and the whole vibe is just right whether you’re rolling in solo or with a group. The line dancing lessons are a total blast. Big shoutout to Sarah, Penny, and Gloria for being incredible instructors who make it fun for everyone, whether you’ve got two left feet or you’re ready for the dance floor spotlight.

Drinks? They’ve got a great variety—just don’t come in expecting a world-class margarita (yet). That’s my one wish for the future: bring on the flavored margaritas and step up that game a bit! Until then, there’s plenty of other great options to sip on.

Even though it’s a bar, drinking isn’t the main event here. The atmosphere, the dancing, and the crowd of regulars (who start to feel like family) are more than enough to keep you entertained. And huge props to Taylor—the best waiter around—for always being on point.

Cowboy Up keeps me coming back weekend after weekend, and I’m always looking forward to the next visit.”

They've even become a place to mark the turning seasons with their winter stout, "SnoBall". Stood in line for 40 min while one person was trying to do walk ins and internet orders. Shame on subway for letting this happen. The guy did great and the food was delicious as always. “My wife and I ordered broasted chicken wich was pretty good. We don't care for white meat so we asked if we could get dark meat and was told yes. When I got the bill I was charged an extra$4 for the dark meat. We were not told this when we ordered. Probably won't go back.”

“The food is good and the environment is usually pretty good. Normally I love the karaoke nights there with the old DJ or his wife. But the new karaoke DJ JT disappears for long periods of time, there will be 4 or five singers and people only get to sing once. Halfway into the night the same three songs are usually on repeat and people are leaving because there is no order to it. Vickers, please Make karaoke great again!!!”
