New owners have kept all the great supper club dishes and added amazing sushi and hibachi! Steaks were fabulous. Seafood delicious! Service was superb!
Right on the water, pleasant atmosphere, good food, sushi options

Horrible service. So horrible that we didn’t even sit down to have a meal. A few weeks ago, we booked a last minute accommodation in Marinette. There had been an outage in the town we were staying at in Michigan and we had no reception the entire day. It was a tough day with terrible winds and heavy rain. When we were getting closer to Marinette and stumbled across The Landing, we saw the great reviews and were excited to give my sister a great birthday dinner to make up for the change in plans for the weekend. To our surprise, we were met with rudeness from not only the host but a few servers. The host had asked if we had any reservations and we said we did not to which she responded that we really should have made a reservation as a group of seven, especially on a Saturday evening. Completely understandable but what was uncalled for was the tone and attitude she said it all in. My mom and sisters could sense the animosity. The host said she would see what she could do, but she definitely did not look pleased to see us or even pleased to help. Other servers walked past and gave us a dirty, amused looks as if they had never seen a group of seven. We came at an early time well before closing and already had bad vibes from the place. We had a rough day and were not going to put up further with the service we were already receiving. We told the host that we were going to leave and find another spot. Ended up going to Kwik Trip and had even better service there.
Overall, if you are looking for a spot, be ready for the inappropriate and rude customer service. They really should evaluate their team.

Where do I start. Made reservations showed up a couple minutes early was immediately seated. 20 minutes later no drink order. Another 10 plus minutes go by I finally flagged down a different server. After I watch our server bring a dessert tray around to three other tables before bringing our drinks. Finally get our drinks get our order placed with the different server cuz ours is still off in La La Land. Now the waiting game.
At this point it's well over an hour since we've been here still no food. Finally our food arrives sushi is okay, The fish was horrible this is supposed to be a steak and fish joint The fish was unedible and we set the plate to the side. Our server came by asked how it is and we told her the fish is horrible.
At this point we just want to get some dessert to go and be done with this experience.
We order a couple pieces of cheesecake to go and she comes with the bill. The fish wasn't taking off our bill the entire experience was a joke I don't recommend going there this was supposed to be a steakhouse / fish House far from and their sushi is just okay.
I recommend finding someplace else this place has a lot of issues with staffing out front and back of house.

I probably should have read more about this place, but was a little surprised that almost everything in the menu for lunch was sushi. Had the chicken sandwich, which was good but the fries were way undercooked.

This is my second time here since the transition of the new ownership and I think the new menu items are AMAZING! I am so thankful to have an incredible sushi place that is so close to home!

Kashiwa.
Is the name of this place now.
We were passing through and decided to try this place for lunch. it did take time for the food to come to our table, but it was very much worth it. We were able to enjoy the atmosphere and relax. My wife had Sushi the boys had burgers daughter had chicken fried rice and I had the steak sandwich.
All of us absolutely enjoyed every bite!

This was a sushi restaurant. We went for the menu on line, not for an entirely different restaurant

Our server Morgan was very helpful. My strawberry cucumber margarita was very refreshing. The sushi chef created a beautiful plate for my my wife and I to share. We will go back.

Seafood cooked perfectly. Prices aren't bad for being in the mid north either. Just as good as maines prices. Scallops were med-rare perfectiin and so was the walleye, which when eaten with honeydew was amazing. Lobster Sushi rolls I felt were a little overwhelmed by the cream cheese but they were still awesome!!!
