Ordered through drive thru. Got home, noticed they forgot my sandwich. Had to drive all the way back, wait 15 minutes and they offered nothing to make up for the inconvenience.

your Menominee location cannot sell two JRs because they said “corporate changed our system” kinda shitty you guys are false advertising.

More surprising was the managers response. I’m not looking to have my feet kissed or door held open. A simple, hey man I’m sorry would’ve sufficed. Even the cashier shook his head. Of course, a manager blaming corporate and throwing his hands in the air. Be better!
