Went for tacos as we had heard they were good here, we were not disappointed. The tacos were meaty seasoned wonderfully and cheap. But take note this is a cash only place so hit the ATM first

I went in bought peeper jack cheese curds they were good and a chocolate shake with chocolate ice cream and tasted it the milk tasted sour I couldn't drink it brought it to the attention of the clerks I said try this it is sour and no one would even try it said so I paid 4 bucks for something I couldn't drink and all I got is mangers not here so nothing g we can do I don't complain but last time I go there and anyone I can talk to will know it also word of mouth speads fast than commercials

Stopped in on our vacation. Ice cream was decent; service was extremely lacking as staff said nothing to us at any point as we entered, ordered, ate, or left. Operates as cash or check only, so if you use any banking technology that has existed since the 1980’s be warned.

We stopped here to get sandwiches and walked across to veterans Park and sat there overlooking the bay next to the marina and it was so peaceful and quiet. The food was excellent. I had a Philly and my wife had a classic Italian and they were both exceptional. They have 35 choices of sandwiches so this would be a definitely a place to stop if you're on your way around the UP. Highly recommend this place.

Cute place. Cash/Check only. One of the only restaurants in this part of town open on a Monday, so it was busy but the food came up quickly and service was friendly.

They have a variety of choices of the buy and fry type. I appreciated the smaller sides at a reasonable price, so we could try more than one. The half naked cheese curds were my favorite.

The bread for the sandwiches was yummy. I would have preferred if my whole meatball sandwich had been toasted, not just the bread itself.

The food is always pretty good, but the tacos can be saugy. Also, the cashier was very rude, no personality at all, seems like she hates her job. I asked her if she could give me a rag to clean off my table & she never did so, ignored me.. and I had to clean my table myself with napkins from the bathroom.. I hope you guys talk to your workers about being more nice and not so rude.

This place has amazing food and the best ice cream around. One of the biggest downfalls is that it is closed on Sundays, which is extremely disappointing. I can’t tell you how many times my kids and I want to go get our ice cream on beautiful summer days on the weekend. Tourists come for the weekend also , so it is sad that they can’t find a way , even if for limited hours, to be open on Sundays.
