I was visiting from Chicago and I just want to share how amazing my experience was at this Dunkin, the level and of care and professionalism from Mackenzie is too great to explain. Wish I had workers and such an attentive Dunkin store in my area. Definitely recommend giving them a try!!

I understand the lobby closes at a certain time but my child was using the restroom before we ordered and the girl at the counter was super rude when I told her I need to wait for her to come out. Then when I asked how many munchkins came in a box she explained it to me like I was the stupidest person in the world. Im so glad I stopped at this location to spend 40 dollars and be treated like a complete idiot and a total inconvenience.

We got seven hot chocolates for everyone in the family on a cool rainy day here in northern Michigan. The drinks were so hot we couldn’t even hold them in our hands for about 20 minutes, but once we did, the hot chocolate was so weak it tasted like dirty water. We ordered munchkins too. They were all right.

Called to inform shift lead of a mistake and all I got was an argument. She didn't want the criticism or suggestions! All she did was infuriate me. Ill never go back. I stop there every 2 to 3 weeks on my way home. Lost a return customer. Good job.

i had stopped going because when i got my iced macchiato it was like playing russian roulette. it would taste OK one day and then the next time it would be terrible. Like the person wasn’t making it the same way each time it was ordered…. I recently started to go back and I’ve been there five or six times now and so far it’s tasted very good every single time….. It’s always been super friendly and I’ve never had a problem with that but my coffee has to taste the way I like it.

We usually visit twice monthly when in town and we are very pleased. The coffee is tasty, and the bakery offers fresh donuts that'll make your mouth water! I usually order the Boston Kreme. If you decide on a breakfast sandwich, you won't be disappointed, but I'd still recommend a Boston Kreme for dessert 😅
The food was quick, hot, and delicious! Whoever opens for this place is an amazing worker! My drink was exactly how i like it too.

The staff is super friendly and I really enjoyed the atmosphere of the place! It was welcoming and the service was amazing!!! The wait WAS non existent I didn’t wait that long at all for my order! I ordered the Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso and it was delicious! I definitely recommend going to the Menominee Dunkin!!
