If I could give a lower score I would. Drinks were warm, food was barely edible, and they had 0 utensils for you to eat with. Literally the worst kfc experience of my life and my hometown kfc is horrible too and this was way worse.....

Questionable music playing. No ice at all plus the drinks came out just as warm as the food. Asked for dark meat and got white meat that was as dry as flat out eating a spoonful of cinnamon

Went to KFC in Menominee,Mi Aug.2,2025.Doors were locked so tried drive thru Back door was open fans going smelled straight up sewer waited 10 min, wasn't nicest greeting 10 minutes later to b informed they had 1 chuc breast,3 wings & 2 biscuits for the fried chicken Why would u even be open.It smelled awful do better

I was the only customer, in a KFC I have never been, and I was greeted, promptly, with a smile. My food was prepared quickly and the order was hot and correct. What more could you ask for or expect?
I called the night I ordered to say I thought something wasn't wrong with the chicken. Store manager said it was fresh. I shouldn't have trusted her. I got food poisoning and was sick for 2 days.

They messed up my order. I ordered 8 pieces meal tenders with two large fries as my side, got mashed potatoes with grave and coleslaw instead. Got 4 biscuits with my meal (comes with the meal) and I didn't get them. Chicken was fresh but they didn't get my order correct at all. Mac and cheese was cold for my mother. Overall, barely 2 stars.
