They messed up my order. I ordered 8 pieces meal tenders with two large fries as my side, got mashed potatoes with grave and coleslaw instead. Got 4 biscuits with my meal (comes with the meal) and I didn't get them. Chicken was fresh but they didn't get my order correct at all. Mac and cheese was cold for my mother. Overall, barely 2 stars.

I am tired of this location messing up my order. Last night at 5pm I ordered the most basic item - a 8 piece extra crispy chicken bucket. After we got home it was to find 4 legs and 4 thighs. No breast or wings. We were not asked if substitutes were ok. I would rather go to the grocery store where I know I will get what I order.

This place is messed up. Why are they having a Christmas party DURING OPEN HOURS???? It’s dec. 21st and you can’t go into the lobby. They also only 2 separate orders in the drive through. All the workers who are in the Christmas party are smoking aswell. I have 4 people in the car who have 4 separate orders.

Very shady. "canceled" an online order that my family placed and offered zero help when we arrived to pick it up. Said we had to call KFC to get a refund or get our food. KFC corporate said the order was processed as normal on their end and they had no idea what this location was doing. Thought we would try them again after years of having a bad reputation in Menominee, but never again.

Wait staff is rude and short fused while you give your order, staff in back cussing and complaining about the one customer (me) who ordered, as if there bothered with business. No beard nets for the guy working in back (glasses) dinning room is terrible, like a tornado went through and everything patched with duct tape. Need a revamp of decor and employees. Filed a complaint with corporate, maybe they will make things better. And they would have more business. Maybe if they ran like Culver’s does they would be much busier.

Prices are sky-high we had to wait over 20 minutes for two pieces of chicken at least the people working we're nice and friendly. Really don't like when you download the app you can't use coupons unless you're ordering online ?
