We stopped here after flying by their little back road sign. Just wanted to check out the golf course. Family owned and run. They have a smorgasbord every Friday. Everything is home made: the chicken is the best I’ve ever had; the lightly breaded whitefish is cooked to perfection; German potatoes salad, Mac& cheese got great reviews from my friends. We tried the Little Nugget tonight for a fish fry. We got there after the rush and were the ONLY customers there. The buffet was still open but they had just put away the salad bar because the place was empty. We didn't care, so we had the restaurant and the buffet to ourselves. The staff was all super friendly and kind. The food was great. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and check on us frequently. We were very impressed and will definitely be back....
