Ordered through the app, didn’t change anything re: customizing my order which was a McChicken value meal and my sandwich had the bun, big piece of chicken and 2 tiny pickles… wth?! What happened to the mayo and the lettuce… yuck.. now I’ll wait til I get home to eat it try to doctor it up.. seriously how does someone screw up a McChicken?!

Waited 25 minutes to get to the windows, got to the window and was told my food would be out as soon as possible. Girl comes back, grabs the bag off the counter 10 min later that was sitting there the entire time, and hands it to me. Absolutely horrid. Granted it's a Mcdonalds, but if you're gonna run a business, then run it.

April 13th 2025 about 7:30pm. All on dash cam can been seen 3 cars waiting for food, 2 more ordering and a dead body being hauled out on a stretcher. Last I check, you are suppose to shut the restaurant down when you come across a dead body. If anybody wants to see the video, let me know

Whichever manager is running the drive-thru today it has to be their first day. On top of cold food, waiting 20 minutes for 2 items, 3 other cars were served behind me before I was. Please hire someone who knows how to run a drive thru line. I’m never gonna give flack to the workers because it’s not their fault. It’s clearly a management issue. Learn how to run a line first come first serve. Especially when it’s not large orders.

Went through the driverhru, ordered a quarter pound cheese burger with extra onion, I got a bacon quarter pound with no onion. Found out on our way out of town.

Food was old n dried up, big breakfast eggs dry and like half the eggs usually given. Pancakes were okay until I got pieces of hair when bit in, threw up and threw away pancakes. Ordered frappes only to get to the drive thru and told machine is broke. Why was this not on app? I used points for the drinks did not get them back. Staff had attitude when told wanted refund on the drinks. Food was terrible , had hair in it, service unsatisfactory and I ended up going across the street to get coffee for me and my husband. Totally going downhill.
How is it possible for McDonald's to be consistently busy with traffic wrapping around the building and they cannot employ enough people to be faster?
Today I went to grab some breakfast and I saw three other people get fed up and drive off before I did the same.
The insane prices are already bad enough, the long wait times are just the cherry on top.

We went through the drive through. Placing our order was really easy, that employee was the best of all of them there. There was a group of employees just chatting that could be seen from the drive up windows. At least move so you can't be seen. We had to wait for probably 10 minutes for someone to bring our food out. The car that was waiting ahead of us sent a passenger in to collect their food, which was apparently just sitting on the counter waiting. And our food came out 5 minutes later. The reason being that chicken nuggets needed to be made fresh. I guess instead of bringing orders as they're prepared, they prefer to deliver several cars at once? Or maybe they got done chatting? And they forgot our sauce. I will skip this place unless desperate.

I go thru the drive-thru daily, before work, I get my coffee and steak bagel. A guy named Brett is sometimes there. He's quick, kind, and makes sure everything is right. He doesn't miss a beat. Need more people like that 👍 bring back the chicken wrap 😋
