How is it possible for McDonald's to be consistently busy with traffic wrapping around the building and they cannot employ enough people to be faster?
Today I went to grab some breakfast and I saw three other people get fed up and drive off before I did the same.
The insane prices are already bad enough, the long wait times are just the cherry on top.

We went through the drive through. Placing our order was really easy, that employee was the best of all of them there. There was a group of employees just chatting that could be seen from the drive up windows. At least move so you can't be seen. We had to wait for probably 10 minutes for someone to bring our food out. The car that was waiting ahead of us sent a passenger in to collect their food, which was apparently just sitting on the counter waiting. And our food came out 5 minutes later. The reason being that chicken nuggets needed to be made fresh. I guess instead of bringing orders as they're prepared, they prefer to deliver several cars at once? Or maybe they got done chatting? And they forgot our sauce. I will skip this place unless desperate.

I go thru the drive-thru daily, before work, I get my coffee and steak bagel. A guy named Brett is sometimes there. He's quick, kind, and makes sure everything is right. He doesn't miss a beat. Need more people like that 👍 bring back the chicken wrap 😋

First of all, it took us 30 minutes for someone to come to the front counter. After someone came (Keegan), he was incredibly sassy to us and another man. I wanted a crocs happy meal and he yelled at me for not specifying if I wanted nuggets or a burger. After that my dad just wanted a coffee but he forgot, so when we asked for one he screamed at us. Then when we were trying to get home while eating, they forgot our two Mc doubles after 30 more minutes of waiting. We could not go back because we were too far gone. #firekeegan

Had a bad visit at this locale. Definitely will never be back and will go to the McDonald's on the other side of the border in Wisconsin. Ordered a senior coffee and of course it comes with free refills. Had to get my friend to an emergency situation. Ask the worker if he would mind putting my coffee in a taller cup and he said he'd have to charge me more. That's absolutely ridiculous but it's their policy and a few McDonald's are like that. They're very letter of the law. Most of the McDonald's I go to will honor my reasonable request to just put it in a taller cup and save me from going back and forth two or three times. I politely yes to speak with the manager Lisa and while she was pleasant, she was unwilling to budge when I gave her a chance to make it right. Then when we got in the car and on the road the coffee was terrible and I've never had bad coffee at a McDonald's in my life. Obviously I wasn't going to turn around and go back and get my money refunded. I just can't believe that someone would be willing to get a bad affiliation over a simple request to make it easier on the customer by just putting it in a larger cup. The cups actually cost almost identical to purchase so why get several refills if one doesn't have time or needs to get on the road.
Took well over 15 mins to get my order and once I did the food wasn't warm at all.

Got pulled forward for a frappe and have been waiting over 10 mins for one drink! This is ridiculous! Drive times are more important than getting people their food. Doesn't matter the order they pull every single car forward.. drive time shouldn't come before customer service!
