The staff, well let's just say they shouldn't be working in the service industry. I overheard them talking about how the sent a tp go order out missing a meal. Can you imagine how that customer is going to feel when they get home.

It used to be a nice place to eat. Nobody showed up at work in the kitchen so everything was backed up. The waitress was very helpful and tried to cover for everybody. When the other ones come back to work they should be fired immediately and find somebody that wants to work but you got to pay him decently??

We eat at Perkins at least once a week. The food is always great but the waitress Sadie is the real reason we keep coming back. She is so efficient, pleasant, and worthy of any Perkins rewards. Thanks Sadie!👏👏

Objectively, I had a bad experience and I cannot recommend this establishment. However, this is not the fault of the waitstaff or kitchen staff. This Perkins is very badly understaffed. There were two workers in this restaurant when me and my friends went. There where always 10+ people in the establishment, three of which where larger tables. It is unfair and absurd to expect only two people to be able to handle that in a timely manner. Our waitress was serving us, cashing people out, and COOKING. She was incredibly kind, patient, and accommodating. I cannot imagine the night she was having and yet she served us with incredible professionalism. We waited for two hours and that was not her fault. It is the fault of the establishment for not hiring enough staff and for opening their doors to the public with only two people on. That is absolutely insane and my experience is rated so high due to the morale and service of the staff.

We were quite disappointed in coming in at 10:55 am and not getting our food for over an hour. However, in the end the manager made it right. Actually went above what I thought was necessary. This is how it should work. In the end we walked out having a good meal and being compensated for our long wait and willing to come back again. The waitress also received her full tip. Thanks to the manager for recognizing the situation and rectifying it. Very impressed as that doesn’t happen much anymore.

I had the pot roast, I did not like it at all. It looked like a plate of shredded meat with some kind of gravy on top, which tasted like salt, then they threw small frozen peas and carrots on top. The coconut cream pie was very good.

3 strikes your OUT. Poor service. Sit and wait and wait and wait. Just slap you a menu and ignore. No water or coffee given, just sit and wait and wait and wait. Up and walked our for 3rd time. Surprised it's still in business
