I love BBQ. This place was good. Flavors were on point. Loved the Mac and cheese. Might have just been today but the brisket was dry. Had great flavor though and their sauces were amazing. The Alabama white sauce is top notch. Moist tender brisket would have made this 5 stars for sure.
Stumbled upon this gem, while on our way back from Escanaba. I got the Bar-B-Rueben on a hoagie instead of the marble rye. My wife got the Mac Burrito with brisket. Everything was DELICIOUS, great flavor. The staff was very helpful and polite. Made us feel right at home. We will definitely be stopping here again on our travels back to the U.P.
My buddy and I had the brisket Philly sandwich with fries, candied jalapeños, beans, mac n cheese, cheese curds, and sweet teas. It was an amazing spread! The brisket and the cheese curds were exceptional! Great service as well!
