Showed up on Sunday and was closed. Everything I could find showed it should be open

Great food. Really great food. Right on the water, awesome view. Friendly staff. Awesome baked treats too. We bought carrot cake, cinnamon bread and a few other things to take home. Good stuff.We will be back.

Great service. Decent atmosphere. Mediocre food. Waited quite a while for our food, and once our food finally arrived, everything was cold.

Located on the waterfront so the views are spectacular but the food was average at best . We ordered the fish & chips that was over cooked . Also had a burger that was 1/2 lb & liver & onions . The menu has some variety . They also have a bakery but didn’t see much baked goods . The view is the only reason to return.

Food was good but service again for the 2nd time was horrible and slow. They were not busy either. I will not return. It could be a nice place but the service needs help.

Waitstaff was excellent, food was good and the view is always great.Had to compete with the traffic from the despensary next door but that was just because it was opening at noon.

Vegetarian options: The panini wrap was very good.

Laura, our server, was wonderful ! She really allowed our brunch to be enjoyed quickly and easily. The portions were tremendous and extremely tasty. The quick and friendly attentiveness Laura provided made any requests unnecessary as condiments were brought and beverages and coffee kept full. I love the atmosphere. It was not very crowded but large groups seemed to be enjoying themselves very much. I would highly recommend this restaurant, and if you are lucky enough to be waited on by Laura then sit back and enjoy yourself. I've only been there for brunch but I would imagine that any meal would be a success !

I came here in October 2022 for breakfast as the second stop on my UP fall foliage trip (after driving by Lambeau Field about an hour and a half earlier). Was seated promply. A very sweet young lady took great care of me and told me all about where sports loyalties around town lie (apparently with Wisconsin teams). Ordered the Swedish Pancakes with some bacon and wanted to try the lingonberry syrup, but had never had it before, so waitress gave be both lingonberry and regular old maple syrup. Ended up going with the lingonberry, and it was delicious. I just started using my Google account for reviews and am reviewing places all over the country that I have previously been to. I am shocked to see so many recent negative reviews. I sure hope my experience is the rule and not the exception, and look forward to returning on one of my next trips to the UP. Highly recommended.

Great food and awesome prices. Wonderful view of the bay!

The staff needs to get it together. The service was terrible. We had to wait unusually long for EVERYTHING. Coffee and creamer, wait 10+ minutes. Get coffee, no creamer. Ask again. Wait at least 10 minutes. It was like this every step of the way. We spent about 2 hours there and we were not looking for a casual drawn out meal. We were all super hungry, wanted to eat and be on our way as we were traveling.The staff was not knowledgeable on the basics like what type of cheese they had and what type of toast.The menu online is not the menu in the restaurant which was really disappointing as the items a few of us wanted were not there. We did not dare to ask the servers because just getting beverages seemed like a tall task.The food…my omelette was supposed to have sliced potatoes. It had hash browns inside that should have been called hash whites. They were not cooked or seasoned at all and then thrown into an omelette. I had ordered a side of hash browns with onions. They looked great. It were swimming in oil and the onions was huge and not even cooked. Super disappointing.The only good thing was the view of the lake.

I was very unimpressed. After being seated, it took well over an hour and a half to even get our drinks ordered. This wouldn't have upset me as much, but as more people came in, they were receiving their drink within a five minute window. After finally getting our drinks it took another hour just before we were able to order our food and again people that has been seated well after us are already getting their drinks and food at this point I had walked up and talked to the Sever/manager and she apologized and compt half the bill and gave my grandmother a free desert. Overall, we sat 4 and half hours.
