Enjoyed extremely good breakfast food here and very sweet service. All the bread is homemade, we each got a different kind and they were all so good. Everything cooked exactly to order, local maple syrup, homemade jam. 10/10

One of the best breakfast places in the Midwest. From the smothered biscuits and gravy, to the homemade sourdough toast, and the home jelly- everything is absolutely delicious.
I also had the mushroom & Swiss omelet- perfection. The Swiss cheese was melted to like almost a sauce consistency. Wow!
And Jenny is the sweetest lady!

Great service and the food was really good. We had the country fried steak and the stuffed biscuit and gravy. Their homemade bread was perfect (I had the sourdough). We would recommend Jennifers without a doubt to anyone passing through.
Coffee was also good, we saw some good options for home made soup but being breakfast time we didn't try them.
Will definitely be back the next time we go through mesick. Absolutely delicious and great service through the meal.

We were camping in Mesick. My husband knew of this restaurant. Because we were moving to Kalkaska we needed to have a large parking lot. They have room for seven semis in the back! Great parking lot for big rigs! There were four of us in our party. The store was full but many left shortly after we ordered our food. It took about 30 minutes for our food to get to us, a bit longer than usual at most restaurants. But the food was worth the wait! There was one bathroom with one seat. And it's right off the eating area. I prefer to go away from people who are eating! I asked for jelly for the toast. Oh. My. Goodness! They serve their own homemade jelly's in small containers! You can purchase it for $5 . You can also buy other breads and desserts. The prices were very reasonable, our bill was $23 for two breakfast meals. We'll definitely be going back there next time we're in the area more than once for breakfast or lunch. I think they close at 2pm
Parking: There was a huge parking lot in the back of the store, enough for 7 semi trucks!

We come every year and that will not change. 20 years of going to this restaurant for breakfast says a lot.
