Looks small on the outside but when you get inside, wow, a variety of goods for purchase as well as sandwiches. All of their bakery items is a must try especially the white bread. Closed on Monday and Tuesday but passing through the State one should make a stop here then the towns Country Diner.

Small town down to earth bakery that puts their heart and soul into all their baked goods, the cinnamon rolls and their raspberry cream cheese bread are the absolute best!!! I travel an hour one way for them and will continue to come here

I live a bit a way from here, but most times when I have to go to Lansing, I am sure to take the route to the Country Bakery. I absolutely love their pecan rolls and especially their cinnamon rolls. My Mother in law discovered this yummiest place years ago. Now we have request when we head to Lansing. Also love their crafts, I have bought many, many rice bags. thank you all for being you

I have passed by this place a hundred times, but always after it was regular business hours and closed! I lucked out on this particular trip, but made it right at closing time! While there were virtually only a few cookies left the owner said she had some baked cinnamon rolls in the freezer. I got a couple of cookies that were good, but the cinnamon rolls were unbelievably delicious for breakfast the next day! Maybe the best I've had since I sold my own bakery in 1976! Do stop in if you are in the area... If you don't see what you want, ask if they have any of the cinnamon rolls in the freezer! You'll thank me if you do! ?
