This mid-Michigan gem is old school comfort food at a great price! Think Sunday supper but everyday. Specials different days of the week, fried shrimp, fish, ham....broasted chicken is my hook, bread pudding with lemon sauce. Their fresh bread is delicious...be sure to try the wheat! Everything has gone up everywhere but this is a place where value still matters. Huge selection of pies and yummy cinnamon rolls!Vegetarian options: Salad barKid-friendliness: High chairs, friendly servers and kids night.

Small diner with the best chicken around. All the food is homemade and they have a nice salad bar with reasonable prices. They also have a full menu for those not interested in the buffet. Huge variety of hand baked pies and they sell local honey and honeycomb for cheap along with maple syrup. Kids eat free on Thursdays, 10 and under!Vegetarian options: Excellent salad bar

We had our first dinner at Middleton Diner. We enjoyed the buffet! The food was excellent! The deep fried cod tasted superb, and the real mashed potatoes and gravy were delicious!! The peach crumble pie and strawberry rhubarb pie were amazing to complete the feast ?
Went for buffet on Friday. It was pretty good and plenty to eat. Should have left sooner.
