It was June, 2024. My 2 sisters were helping me move on a hot day. We asked and actually WERE allowed to sit on the deck outside. Our server's name was Amber! She was AMAZING! So kind and personable. She was clever and funny. Her service was great. If Amber still is working there, ask for her! Also, love that this place has a deck....but wouldn't take too much money to sand and re-stain the deck, put some large plants out there, may be some speakers for music. Even a few outside large area rugs would liven the place up. Also at night....I hope you have some fun lighting out there! This is an area in your restaurant for a huge opportunity that I believe will bring lots of business there in Michigan's 3 warm seasons. Also, may want to pick a theme for the deck...a style. Maybe have a sidebar out there where customers can get extra napkins, more ketchup/mustard/mayo, etc. Some cool posters on the exterior wall of your building. The deck needs some love. Once again, food was very good, and Amber, our server, was excellent. Thank you and I wish you many more years of business here in Middleville!!!

An awesome small town bar where everyone seems to know everyone, with outside seating for eating and drinking outside. A full service bar serves a good selection of beer, wine and mixed drinks.
Nice friendly bar with good food. Try the build your grilled cheese. Outrageous and delicious. The smelt basket had more than we could eat and really good. Wait staff was very friendly but overly busy. Took a couple tries to get some condiments but still gave a good tip due to her being the only one serving. Definitely will go back again.

There turkey and ham club is huge. It is my wife's favorite meal. The Philly cheesesteak was really good too. Tater tots are always well cooked and so are the fries. Great place to eat.
Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp is out front of therestaurant. Very easy to use.
When we walked in, we asked if we could sit on the patio and the bartender told us we couldn't because it was closed. So, we got seated and a nice lady named Rhonda (who was relatively new) waited on us. She was FANTASTIC! One of the best waitresses I have ever had. So personable and friendly and on top of things!! As we were sitting there enjoying our night, more people and groups came in, and they wanted to sit outside on the patio too, and the bartender told them they could. Then the next group came in and they asked to sit on the patio and the bartender told them it was closed (although, at this point there are multiple tables out there). So the morale of the story, only the bartenders friends were allowed on the patio, no one else could enjoy the nice weather... We wanted to sit out there, but were glad we had Rhonda as a waitress instead. She was much more respectful and considerate than the bartender lady. We will be coming back to see Rhonda and hopefully be ALLOWED to sit on the patio.

Great unpretentious bar atmosphere. Really friendly service. Our food was great. They had a fried chicken sandwich that sounded good, but we stay away from fried food so asked if they could use grilled chicken instead. They said they had never had that request before, but the cook said he would do it. It was great! The fries were outstanding too.The cook even came out to ask how we liked it. We told him how great it turned out. Great two beer lunch experience.
