Didn't get our order correct at all. This time, it was horrible. Light sauce is just that. I understand being short staffed. The solution is simple. Slow down and get it correct. One order at a time. I live 20 minutes away. Can't return it cause it was late and I was hungry. So I'm stuck. Tried to call, no luck. I wouldn't mind waiting if it was correct. But we waited and it was still wrong. Sucks to eat a pizza with extra sauce flooding the pizza. Slow down, one at a time. A dissatisfied customer.

Waited 30 min for food to go in and pick up. Was told I had to wait another 30. Waited another 30 and was told I had to wait again because they hadn’t started my order. Horrible customer service

Updated Recent Experience: Be aware-The App invites purposeful poor food quality! We use to be regular happy customers but given the very poor management and uncaring owners we go elsewhere. We ordered hot sandwiches using the app where it of course immediately requests for a tip on service you haven’t received. I selected $0 based upon principle. Well the kids making our meal made us pay for that decision. Horrible horrible sandwichES resulted. Did not follow the apps food requests leaving out ingredients and literally reducing the steak sandwiches to only 2 pieces of meat. Picked it up with the workers complaining about tips in the kitchen. The attached picture was the result. Completely ridiculous and not really edible. Immediately called the store to talk to the manager, who would not take the call. Nor would they return the call. Contacted cooperate offices out of frustration. Provided fact based feedback. They asked if I would be open to hearing back from the owner and I offered my time to do so. No contact from anyone. In this transaction I was the only who cared. It makes me question how safe the food is as a whole from that store.
2 Years Prior: Ok wanted to share what a pizza really looks like from Hungry Howies. To my surprise it looked and tasted really good. Bonus points for having sauce and toppings all the way to the crust!

Ordered a sub and wings, both were wrong for takeout and no one answered the phone that evening and when I did get thru a couple days later I left a message for the manager. He hasn’t responded at all.
I did have a mistake with my order but it was addressed right away and fixed right away with a whole new order, as well as got to keep what was delivered. As many bad reviews as gunlake restraunts get we have to remember everyone is human.

Ordered 3 subs one cinnamon bread and Cajun bread and a pizza. Cinnamon bread had nothing on it at all. Nothing had any butter or flavor on it. It was all very dry. Had I noticed it was all like this and was not 30 minutes away I would have went back for a full refund. Not sure if they were busy but quality is better than rushing to get orders done.

I will never go to Hungry Howies again. My husband and I ordered 2 large steak subs. Could hardly find any steak. Couple paper thin shavings. There all cheese, Couple mushrooms and all crust. So 👎
