Honestly if I'm paying for a 6inch flatbread I would like for it to have what I'm paying for. Skimped me hard on my meat and the lady was a total fartknocker. Was definitely NOT a full cup of meat. Will be making the trip to Caledonia subway, at least there I'm getting what I'm paying for.

Issue upon issue with ordering for pick up- ended up having to call upper management to get a refund after they gave our food to someone else, who left with it, but then returned it & the employees asked if we still wanted to pick it up….. red flags all over the place. Will not eat here.

Turkey and pepperoni tasted funny, and not a good funny, like myself. The deli meats tasted like they sat on a stainless steel meat-slicer or stainless steel table for a long enough time to taste like stainless steel (I missed that episode of MythBusters where they examined deli meat exposure times in relation to stainless steel flavoring). I ate a few bites before spitting out, and throwing my sandwich away.

I have loved subway for years because of their dark forest ham and egg flatbread sandwich and their spicy Italian sandwich.
In the last two months that have cheapened and change these sandwiches to not even Being edible. On the breakfast sandwich the flat bread has changed to be paper thin, dry and a funky texture. With both sandwiches the amount of meats are at least half what they were. I'm sad because I loved that breakfast sandwich and there are no alternatives arouñd.

I’m the only one in there and there was two people working was told 15 to 20 mins wait so they could do online orders They had 2 people working why do I have to wait I miss the old management the new one sucks I go to the Hastings subway now

Ordered today 7/10/24 online for pick up. Went to pick it up, no issues. Got home go to take out the first sub and it isn't wrapped on the one end. So when it was taken out of the bag half of the sub fell out onto the floor. My special instructions were ignored and my husband's sub was missing ingredients. My advice don't order online, I always have issues, but never many issues when I go in

Order online or don't bother, online orders come 1st. For a franchise that is almost never has a drive thru, they made a custom sandwich right in front of you and you got a drink and chips, now you will wait for 20 min while they fill an order for 6 footlongs with endless customizations that the sandwich engineer has to check the slip probably 7 times to make sure it is perfect and never with chips or drink, which means the sandwich prices are elevated for impromptu customers. It is attached to a filling station. I hope they don't start filling online orders for gas and cigarettes while you idle for 1/2 hour.

The servers had no customer service skills. They let the customers stand in line forever while they worked on online orders. Then their system went down and they could only accept cash, the lady tried to be nice and say sorry but did it with a rude tone.
