The guy behind the counter was acted annoyed that I was ordering a pizza at the counter. Snatched the money out of my like he was irritated with me. I stated, " Trying to be efficient, aren't you." The angrily stated," It's just real busy." I demanded my money back and told him there are two less pizzas you have to worry about

We ordered a delivery order from the Hungry Howies app, just as we have done for the past 4 years. The app quoted a 40 minute delivery time. An hour later I called the store and they said they no longer have delivery drivers, but are now using door dash. This was not mentioned on the app. They said my pizza would be on the way. Another hour passes and still no pizzas. When I called back, they told me I didn’t have a valid phone number for DoorDash. I canceled the order and had Jets pizza within the hour.Don’t count on this location for delivery.

What happened to the quality of your food! I was really glad when I saw your pizzeria in Milford, Michigan. Got the special. Terrible. Where’s the cheese? Flavor? Cardboard. Disappointed as H H used to be my favorite pizza.

12.99 for a large bee sting pizza.Charged a total of 21.19 after adding stuff crust to it. Almost double.Asked the employee what that was about, and the employee replied that I needed to ask for a code to be added to the order. I then asked for the code 'STING' to be added to the order, and he replied with 'I can't add it to your order. I'm sorry.'...I'm ? quite confused.In a rush, I ended up just paying for it and going on my day. Unimpressed with the helpfulness, but at least pizza is good.

Didn't believe the other reviews that they lose online orders, until I just walked out of their store after they lost an online order for one small pizza placed 40 minutes ago. Have the confirmation and location correct. DONT ORDER FROM HERE ONLINE. 50/50 shot they lose it. nice staff though. No complaints there! Just a systematic problem with online orders that turns future customers away.
