I suppose large amounts of food is better than not enough. But pouring large amounts of vinegar and oil on a tuna sandwich is simply wrong. Between tuna that is mixed with mayo, wet tomatoes and endless vinegar/oil, I had a slop sub when I made it home. Tuna falling out, dressing saturated the bun to the point my fingers went through the bun. NOW I know why they offer subs in a bowl. They are too sloppy to handle with your hands. The sub did fit in my garbage can.
had such a horrible experience here. i was trying to give the benefit of the doubt but nothing was clean, the floor by the pop machine was sticky and slippery causing me to almost fall.
as my food was being made i heard over a MANAGER discriminating against another team member saying such nasty things.
i was honestly baffled at the fact this had happened and will NOT be back.

I would give zero stars if I could. I have never met a more unprofessional group of employees at an establishment. I came in at 8:20 on Monday, July 15th. There was one gentleman with a perm and mustache and two females working. As soon as we walked in we were told ‘just so you guys know, we are out of lettuce’. There were 5.5 strips of bacon left but supposedly more ‘in back’. As we left my spouse expressed his frustration. How did the female employees respond? By laughing.
I didn’t realize it was funny to be out of product and lose business. I’m not sure who owns this store but it needs a seriously overhaul: training is definitely needed, customer service is lacking completely and this location will likely continue to lose business due to unprofessional staff. Do better.

Worst Jersey Mike's in the area. When you walk in, no greeting by the staff, not even eye contact. More times than not, my order quality is questionable, either missing an item on the sub, or portions or undersized, especially the tuna. Other locations in the area are great, this one never fails to disappoint.

This is one of my favorite places to visit after the gym for a great bowl or sandwich, my personal favorite currently is a #44.The staff are nice and say hi to me when I walk in, and the subs/bowls are great; the meat is grilled fresh and the orders are assembled quickly so they don't get soggy which altogether makes delicious food.The reason I rate it 4 stars is because of the prices. I bought a "Giant" #44 on wheat with no chips or drinks and it was almost $25! I do like the food, but that pricing is a bit steep for me right now. I'll definitely have to settle for eating Jersey Mike's once every one or two weeks.

It was fast in and fast out. The orders are accurate, the help was pleasant.My daughter has celiac, which means she needs gluten-free. Knew what that was they said oh the guy making your sandwich is celiac. So yes, he completely understands.

I had a wonderful experience visiting this location for the first time. Unfortunately after many attempts of trying to get a declined card to work the manager allowed us to eat our lunch. Meanwhile I had sorted everything out with my bank and got my debit card unlocked but when I went up to pay the cashier “Isla” said “it has been taken care of, it’s paid for” I asked by who and she replied “me” Thank you Isla you didn’t have to do it but you did? so grateful for you and the entire staff that day. From the moment I got there the whole entire staff was very friendly and greeted every customer with Kindness and enthusiasm Keep up the excellent work Milford Jersey Mike’s
