Told me 10 minutes for cinnamon bread waited 30 min and couldn't even put icing on it. Thanks for charging me an arm and a leg for stuff I have to make icing for myself

As I started eating, I realized that my pepperoni bread had literally 6 pieces of pepperoni. My boyfriend’s boat was also maybe 90% bread. Food was edible though. I’d recommend going to the White Lake one if possible. Never have issues there.

I ordered a hand tossed pizza with extra garlic on the crust, double cheese, lite sauce, pepperoni and mushroom. What I got was a pizza with no garlic, no double cheese it looked like the mushrooms were added after it was cooked and the pizza was as thin as paper. I have NEVER been so disappointed. I don't know if it was because they were closing 28 minutes after my order but it's enough that I won't order again! Lesson learned!! Jets used to be my favorite

My problem is with delivery no matter what I order or what day it's going to take an hour quoted time no problem. Problem is it normally takes almost 2 hours why does it take so long for you guys to get food to people?

I ordered delivery small 4 corner pizza and Jets Bread. Both were delivered hard as a rock, had to throw away. They must have been sitting in the heating area to long...horrible.

I am a notice New Yorker. In Michigan, I can count on my hand the number of “decent” pizzarias within a 40 mile drive. Jets is not among them. As a whole, the food in Michigan is substandard and not worth it. Jets fills the empty void in your stomach with regret.
