Good pizza, very nice staff. They were very busy but our pizza was done fast and correct. The manager Andrew was awesome. He was multi-tasking and super busy but still very friendly to the customers.Parking: Large parking lot out back but it was pretty full, there is some parking upstairs as well.There is a nice waterfall to visit while you wait for your pizza.Wheelchair accessibility: If you park in the back you can park close to the restaurant. If you park up front there is an elevator to go down to the restaurant, then you have to exit out the back to access the restaurant.

This is apparently how a $15 GF pizza is served :said they measure the cheese out…I’m sick of how much food cost and this is the quality restaurants are ok with. They gave me a $15 credit after telling me this is what’s to be expected… I’ll make pizza at home.

Best pizza I’ve tried on my trip yet! Got Jipped on the pepperonis though. They gave me 4! Half the pizza was just cheese.

Ordered online but when I saw my order confirmation in my email (minutes after ordering) it was incorrect. It said to call with any changes which I did immediately. I had been told my order would take an hour to get to me. Well, the manager said "it was too late to make changes and that my order was leaving the store". So if there is a mistake on your order don't expect them to make it right. When the pizza got to me the inside was undercooked and the cheese was overly browned. We just moved and loved the Jets near our old home. Bummer that this one is so poor.
We love Jets in general. But this location has been consistently inconsistent. Something is always wrong with the order. We placed this order on line but this is not the first time it’s happened or I wouldn’t be griping about it. It was ready on time and the salad and wings were correct but pizza toppings were wrong again and no extra sauce. So sad to have such a a amazing product so poorly executed.

Frankly i only visited to work here a few times, but my friend worked here for almost two years, and I’d like to voice both of our experiences. Starting off with the fact that all of the managers have little respect for their workers, especially those who are underage. They completely overstaff themselves with multiple minors who they constantly get frustrated with, even though many of them have very few working skills. Kevin forced many of his workers to learn quickly and fired a woman whose brother had just passed, and was fired for missing a few days to grieve. Cameron (who recently was fired) would constantly trauma dump onto said minors, which is completely unprofessional. Many of the minors there are underpaid ($9 at the most of the time). Frankly the owner barely even cares either about the place. I would not recommend working here since they obviously have very little regard for their workers. Also Kevin if you see this, at least your doing something by firing Cameron.
