Ordered online, arrived and was told that my prepaid order didn't get made because they though it wasnt real. pizza was cut incorrectly, guy on the counter was dismissive and not professional, didnt even take the name of other customers or tell them their total or change, lots of swearing and slamming going on in the back too. not sure what happened to this place.

Called to order a pickup about 850pm because google said they closed at 10. Spoke to Heather, who took my order, then said "hold on just a minute". After 20 minutes i called from another phone and reached a different store only to be told that the Milford store had closed while i was on hold. Great customer service. I really appreciate that.

We order from the milford store once or twice a week, and always, we ask for 1 (one) pizza to be light sauce, and out of the years I have been ordering here, they have never done it.

More than $7.00 for a hot and ready with tax. The quality is no better, maybe even worse than other little Caesars in the area. The price is substantially higher though? Very disappointing.

Idk I been sitting in my car near 40 minutes now while they struggle to make a single order of crazy bread. Won't come back, bad call to go for lunch if you don't want to waste your entire break waiting.
Zero stars if it was an option, cashier up front is about as brainless as a pepperoni, eating right infront of customers and playing on his phone this place is junk and would never recommend anybody here!

Went in and ordered a pepperoni pizza and breadsticks, while I'm waiting, another customer comes in and orders the same thing, and the highschooler behind the counter immediately gives it to him. I ask why the other customer didn't have to wait when I'd been standing there for 10 minutes already, and the child ignores me. After another 5 minutes, I ask for an ETA on my order, and the kid looks at me, scoffs, and says "I don't know another 5 minutes or something" it seriously took all the restraint in me not to launch over the counter and beat this little twerp into the floor. Finally get my order from another worker in the back (who was very kind and respectful), they forgot my sauce which I paid an extra 3 dollars for, but at this point I was too pissed and just left. Food was cold. Seriously don't go here unless you like being ignored by people who aren't even old enough to have their learners permit yet.

So I decided to try LC since they had the lowest price. I ordered a basic deep dish pepperoni pizza carry out and was given a 15 minute timing for it to be ready. I arrived about 17 minutes after ordering and there was one guy there. There were no pizzas in the ready for pickup section so he asked my name. He said it will be 5 more minutes so I asked and learned that he just put it in the oven at the time it was supposed to already be ready. Hmm really? There was no seating in the store and then he was blaming it being late on someone else. So bottom Line is that it was 15 minutes late On an order that was supposed to ready in only 15 minutes. Then of course he made It sound like a positive that it was “hot right out of the oven”. I won’t be going back - there are too many other better options.

Went here the evening of December 13th 2023. I have not had good service and the quality of the food has been sub par in the past at this location. This time; however, was different. The man who waited on me was very courteous, the pizza (for a hot n ready) was decent, and the store was much cleaner than it has been in a long time. Whatever they are doing different, please keep it up.
