There was only one other customer in the place. No straws OR ketchup available. Nobody responded at the counter, had to wait to request them. One fry was warm, the other not warm + no receipt to do a survey... The biggest disappointment was no ice cream available. That meant no sundae, no shakes or flurries, the reason for our visit of course.

The food took so long we were the only people here and it was about 10 minutes for one sandwich
Ordered a large fry and it wasn’t even half way full. Asked for them to fill it appropriately and still got it back like this:) love that

I had to wait ten minutes for my drive thru order before deciding to go inside to get my food which was exactly one cheeseburger. This was made more disappointing by the food being cold. I had to go to work so it is what it is.
All of the drinks taste like well water which means that they should probably change their filters.
