Ordered a cake for the first time for my daughters birthday today and it was great! I usually get the cakes from Costco but wanted to try somewhere new and support somewhere local. The frosting was perfect! Not too sweet- will definitely be going back in December for another one (:
Fresh donuts, baked to perfection. Coffee was ok, could've been a little warmer but it was still ok to drink. People were very friendly and the service was quick. I got a dozen for 5 of us and they were all eaten so they were pretty good donuts.

Went by on a Saturday morning for some treats - tried the deep fried chocolate chip cookie - delicious like an elephant ear crossed with a cookie. Also tried the vanilla cream and raspberry pastry - light and delicious, not too sweet.

Right in Milford’s downtown. Love the vibes there. They have a good variety of pastries, they have drinks as well and cakes by order but not cheap.
They do have a couple of gluten free desserts they were ok. The big cookies are a sugar rush for the kids and they have so many options!
I liked my pecan danish it was good tho the chocolate chip scones were dry and hard as a bone unfortunately.
Will have to try the cakes tho they look beautiful.

The Milford Bakery was always my staple bakery growing up. In fact my first field trip in Kindergarten was here!! Ive since grown and have kids of my own and still make the 1 hour drive to Milford just for their goodies. I recently ordered 2 cakes for my kids 1st and 6th birthdays. Not only was the staff extremely communicative and friendly, but they knew exactly what I was looking for in my cakes. It was like they plucked the design straight out if my head. When I called to confirm a few days before the event they were again so very kind about repeating my order for me to make sure it was exactly as I wanted. The cakes were of course absolutely delicious and recieved many compliments. The Milford Baking Company is the wonderful lil hometown Bakery you see in Hallmark movies were the sweets are sweet but the staff are what make it special.
The BEST cake I’ve ever tasted and it was beautiful!!
They took on a project that they were not able to execute properly, instead of saying it was above their skill level. So I paid 100$ for a cake that looks like I bought it at Walmart. Extremely disappointed
The cakes and anything you buy here is wonderful! Ive been a customer for 3 years now I always order birthday cakes from them for my kids and now its time for me to find a different bakery🫤...Their prices have drastically changed from last year! Im soo bummed about this! But life goes on! Thanks for a lovely 3 years!
I am so disappointed by the sheer homophobia of this company. My dearest friends had a bridal shower and were excited to feature cookies from Milford Baking Company. Unfortunately, when the cookies arrived, instead of having the name of the brides, “Nora and Sam,” they listed the names “Nora and Stan.” After bringing this to the attention of the baking company, they gaslight the brides’ family. I will never seek business from this company again!!!
