This is probably the most inconsistent Starbucks I've ever been to. I know a 1-star might seem extreme but I really feel like this place has earned it. The manager here is obviously a cheapskate with how much they skimp out on add-ins in drinks. Genuinely feel like they water everything down. Also, if you ask for light ice they will literally fill your cup to the brim with ice. Going to a different starbucks was like culture shock with how much more concentrated their drinks were/more add ins they had. 😐

I have no idea who made my drink this morning (a little after 6am), but it absolutely slapped. I get it every morning just about, but today it hit different tysm <3

Don't be afraid to ask for help if they make a mistake. The newer barista gave me a caffeinated coffee when I asked for a decaf coffee in the late afternoon. I ended up not being able to sleep most of the night so I called and spoke to the manager Jason in the morning. He was very helpful. He gave me a refund, a free drink, and a recovery card. He said he takes caffeine sensitivities seriously and he will talk to the staff about making drinks correctly.

Friendly and fast! Good Starbucks.
Restrooms are dirty. Sinks haven't been cleaned in a while. The trash can at the entrance is overflowing. The floors in the restrooms have hair & other debris piled in the corners. It's bad.

Milford Starbucks is always a great experience. The staff there is top notch. Always friendly, and they know the regulars by name and order. Quick and efficient.

Employees here are incredibly rude and will argue they made a drink right when they clearly didn't, and we even heard them acknowledge between themselves that they didn't make it right. They refused to remake the drink correctly, and it tasted so bad I couldn't even drink it. I've never experienced such bad service at any Starbucks, ever. It's definitely worth it to drive further to a different location.

Their lobby was closed and I had placed an in store pickup for my wife to grab. Surprisingly, the app was allowing that, even though their lobby was closed. When she got there, the line was around the building for the drive through. I called and Jason ran the order out to her. That’s great customer service. Jason gets it.
They do not care about allergies. I have a milk allergy and asked specifically for oat milk and specified that I had a milk allergy and the cashier did not pay attention at all. They could really hurt someone if they do not care or pay attention to allergies. Do not go here if milk is dangerous for you.
This a second occurrence thus I am leaving my feedback. Twice this week, I was critiqued on how I place my online order. The first occasion, a young man in the drive thru stated I “needed” to place my order more than 8 to 10 minutes ahead because they are busy. Ok. I place my order coming into Milford, from Hartland. I cannot help system glitches or errors on when you decide to take my order from the mobile order area. Today, 03/08 around 220, I placed another order, the lady at the drive thru stated “please make your order drive thru, not in store for future reference”First of all, simple human error on today’s order. Second, it will not hurt you to walk 50 extra feet to retrieve my drink.Agreeing with previous reviews that their passive aggressive customer service skills need improvement. As a customer I CHOOSE to come to your store it isn’t needed to provide helpful tips and tricks to place blame on the customer for having to perform an extra step in your job duties.Do better Starbucks of Milford, MI!
