This has to be the worst run Starbucks! Had one person in front of us. Liv (cashier) couldn’t figure out what the customer was trying to order, it really wasn’t that difficult. She finished ringing her up then walks away to get more supplies. The Starbucks is inside of a crawler. She doesn’t say anything regarding being right with us or acknowledging the fact that we were standing there. She left the one other person to work by himself, making the drinks. She came back no less than 15 minutes and we still hadn’t been acknowledged by the guy making the drinks or by her. She proceeded to use a Kroger scanner to scan all the milk she brought in from the store and started putting everything away still without an acknowledgment or taking our order. After another five minutes, and no apologies, she simply said what can I get you. As someone who has run a couple restaurants in their career, acknowledging them is the simplest way of serving. Couldn’t believe we waited over 20 minutes to get our order when there was only one person in front of us.

My fiancé ordered 2 drinks, and both of them were completely wrong.

My pumpkin spice latte was dumped. It was so orange, I mixed it for probably 5 minutes. And it was straight pumpkin syrup. To the lady working this morning / just because it has pumpkin in the name, doesn’t mean it has to be the color of one.

Luckily we were able to save the other drink by mixology and creating something completely new from the black coffee that was supposed to be a salted caramel cold brew.

I went to grab my daughter a coffee while she was at work because I had a gift card. Barbie was the barista and she was so rude. She was busy so we had to wait a bit but that wasn’t an issue. She walked up to the register and just stood there, I didn’t know if she was ready for us to order or still working on the previous order. She didn’t say anything not even a high just looked at us rudely and stood there. So we order and wait, then she calls my name and i go to the pickup area and I was looking at a coffee and she rudely grabs it from in front of me and says “it had a name that’s not yours”. Well I was looking at the sticker to see the name so how was I to know. She clearly hates her job and that’s fine but Starbucks isn’t cheap and she guaranteed I will never purchase another coffee from there if I see her there. Kindness goes a long way and she doesn’t seem to care about customer service or basic human pleasantries required for a customer service role. I was so amazed and bothered by this to actually make a review. I told my daughter about it and the picture is what she said about her.

The two ladies, Barbie and Betty, that work there are both extremely rude!! My daughter was in there ordered a drink that cost $7.16. Gave Betty $8. She had to ask for her change back and Betty acted like it was a very big inconvenience! I have only found one worker there that I will order from. Otherwise I will pass it each and every time. Normally I will go to the one on the other side of Milford because of these ladies.

The old lady was rude and gave attitude. I felt sorry for her since she was the only one working but I don’t think she should have given us attitude. We were kind and understanding. I don’t think she should be working there if she doesn’t like the job.

The workers here actually ruin my day every time I go to this Starbucks. They are always so rude to me, I always order through my rewards app so really there should be no reason for mistakes, BUT I do understand we’re all human. What I don’t understand is when I kindly ask you to fix said mistake you (the barista) gets an attitude with me, at 7:30 in morning no less. Sorry you have to do your job? Don’t know what to tell you.

The lady that was closing tonight (February 27) was EXTREMELY rude and was just rushing everything; snapped at my girlfriend when all she wanted to know was if there were any grilled cheeses available. After she got one, she dropped it later in the store so I went and tried to get her another one. It was AN HOUR till they close, and she said “No, I’m closing down shop.” That is NOT how things work, yall are supposed to be civil with customers AND serve hospitality during OPEN hours, doesn’t matter that you’re close to close.

Taryn is seriously the best employee ever! I ordered in the app and horribly messed up my order, she confirmed the drink details before making it and helped me figure out what I was trying to do and did it better than I could've ever asked. She is amazing and deserves a raise!!

I purchased 4 apple crisp frap and nobody could drink them. When we picked them up the lady at the counter told us that she doesn't like to make these. And that apples should be with coffee. I order these all the time and this was not made right at all like she had no care for my order because she doesn't like making them. So disappointing. I should have just threw my money in the trash. Because that's what I did to my coffee
