My husband ordered over easy eggs they were raw, I had an over medium egg, it was also way under cooked. We had such high hopes. Hopefully the dinner is much better. We addressed the issue with the waitress and was told to order over medium next time. No, an over easy egg has the white cooked and the yolk runny. Not Raw

Love The Sagebrush Omelet! Very generous serving. Enough for 2 meals! The service is always great.
Fantastic wait staff, always near to help. Food, portions enough for two meals. The food was seasoned and very hot when we received it. This is now one of our go to food stops for our visitors and special events ( anytime we are too busy to cook) As for cost, above average per meal, but have yo been to any of the fast food places? Worth the extra cost, food is made after order. I could write a book on this place, if you are up in these neck of the woods stop in stuff your face.
