Food was good but not very big portions. The waitress was young, couldn't answer much about the food when asked. The restaurant was very clean, but it was fairly cold inside.Over all kind of disappointed.
Food is always fresh - everything - she doesn’t serve anything not fresh! The specials are always outstanding - feels like grandmas kitchen. Always clean but the best is you get all this with reasonable prices! Never had a bad meal!????
They closed just before we moved to Minden so we were so excited that they were re-opening—especially after all the great things we’ve heard about how great Firehouse is. And they did not disappoint! My kids love the pizza, I had an excellent BLT sub, and my wife thoroughly enjoyed her patty melt. Great food and prices and locally-owned—what more could you ask for? We’ll be regulars for sure.
