Can there be a 0 star! Waited long... order all messed up...paid more for less!...dirty employees...pretty sure one back behind counter wasn't even an employee! Heard before bad and stupidly stopped again unfortunately...wish someone in district would clean house and fix this place! Wasted money again! Pretty sure half drunk...other half high...no wonder this place has bad reviews...hope gets better...no idea what I just seen and witnessed! I guess never again...hope anyone else thinking to stop keeps going even if hungry! Something better ahead ...literally anywhere!

The mio location is the worst I've ever been in they don't have enough people and there services are so very bad i hate to even going there but at times I pop in on my way at times and I tell myself it's the last time the way people are dressed they look like they live on the streets and that's saying it mildly

No matter what you're going to get your food will be wrong or messed up in some way. But if you complain you can pretty much get two meals for the price of one smh. Just got to steak egg and cheese bagels not even what I ordered just because I complained that they took down my order wrong.

Terrible service. They take forever to get food out. Ordered a sweet tea tastes like its been sitting around all day. I also got 2 cheeseburgers with only ketchup and cheese they only put the cheese on no ketchup had to go in and get ketchup packets to put on the burgers
I would give 0 stars if I could. To start, it took nearly 10 minutes to get food from when we ordered. Once we got order, there was stuff missing and received wrong stuff. Fries were barely luke warm. What was the the do in was a small water with no ice for my dog and they gave me a water with ice. Then he asked, oh I forgot you didn't want ice and then he gave another with ice again. Realized he messed up again, shook his head and walked away.

Worst McDs I've ever been to. Not entirely the staffs fault but only 2 employees on staff during rush hour. It took 20 mins for staff to be able to assist at the counter and another 25 mins to get good. The store manager needs to do a better job taking care of customers by staffing their employees.
