I would give 0 stars if I could. To start, it took nearly 10 minutes to get food from when we ordered. Once we got order, there was stuff missing and received wrong stuff. Fries were barely luke warm. What was the the do in was a small water with no ice for my dog and they gave me a water with ice. Then he asked, oh I forgot you didn't want ice and then he gave another with ice again. Realized he messed up again, shook his head and walked away.

Worst McDs I've ever been to. Not entirely the staffs fault but only 2 employees on staff during rush hour. It took 20 mins for staff to be able to assist at the counter and another 25 mins to get good. The store manager needs to do a better job taking care of customers by staffing their employees.

There’s this one short Mexican girl with black hair and she was extremely rude to me for no reason kept giving me dirty looks had an horrible attitude. And it’s everytime I go I am now on going to the ro city McDonald’s. These employees a need to have better attuieds!

Burgers are not what they were only a few years ago... dried out and weird, salt flavor. Buns are different, too, especially on the big Mac. Can promise I'll never get another one.
Food is processed garbage. Expensive doesn't taste good. Coffee is only think worth buying. They surely compete with Starbucks in coffee.

Had to give 1 star because zero was not an option. The girl that took the order was leaning against the wall like we were a total bother. Fountain drink area was a disaster, no lids, straws, and pop spilled everywhere. Manager was walking around eating a chicken patty. Very unprofessional. Food was cold and not made very well. Will not return

I have a hard time just getting a hamburger with extra onions on it, they want to put the slivered onions instead of the dehydrated ones like I ask for. I have even just asked for a side of them and I'll put it on my self. After I go back In to complain then they give me a side of them. I have to check my burgers before I leave every time. The last time after waiting for ever for them to remake my burgers because they put slivered onions on them instead of the dehydrated ones even after I said I didn't like them. My burgers where old and nasty and my fries where hard and cold couldn't even eat them.
