Purchased a smoked ham for Christmas Eve dinner and it was delicious! The smoke flavor was all the way through and it was tender and juicy!! I would highly recommend the Paddling Pig!

The Paddling Pig delivered 10lbs of brisket to my door for party with 4 days notice, it was fantastic and highly praised by all of my guests. One man was visiting from Texas and said “I’ve been fed a lot of brisket over the years and this was some of the best”! Thank you, we will order again for sure!

We had a family reunion and omg EVERYONE was blown away at how good the food was! From the brisket and pulled pork to the ribs and chicken breast's. I will add that this was the first time I've ever had chicken breast's on a grill/smoker that wasn't dry. I'm not from the area, but next time I'm up there, I will definitely be looking for them. I haven't had that good of BBQ since I was down south lol sooooo good!!!

I absolutely love this food truck. They travel all over and serve the best pulled pork. My personal favorite is the cornbread with a pulled pork and Mac and cheese bowl. I recently tried the Texas Twinkie. If you haven't had one you have to try one. They are huge and delicious. It's a jalapeno stuffed with cream cheese and brisket wrapped in bacon! I would recommend them 10 out of 10 times! I have never had anything bad from here! Thank you for being everywhere! See you soon!
