Absolute best bbq I have had. We had them today at our wedding and not a single person was the slightest bit unsatisfied everyone made sure they spoke to them and told them how amazing the food was. Multiple people said which dishes were their fav and how it’s the best they have ever had. Overly satisfied and still talking about it. Will be telling everyone!

You were in Bay City last Friday night at the Jefferson Project music night. I bought your ribs, which were perfect in every way. They were tender, meaty juice and extremely flavorful. Your cornbread and mac & cheese were also very tasty. 10/10🥇

Their food truck was at the Atlanta elk fest this year, holy smokes! I can only speak for the brisket, my goodness! I've had BBQ all over the country, and this brisket was top notch. I had it on the nacho and my wife had it on a sandwich. Amazing!

So we’re up here in Michigan from central Texas (where we've absolutely mastered the art of BBQ) and attended a festival where these guys had their smoker and food truck. I just had to compliment them on their rig and then tried their ribs and brisket. In 15 years of coming to Michigan every summer and trying to find even halfway decent BBQ (without success by the way), we were - needless to say - quite pleasantly surprised at how good their BBQ was. Not quite Texas BBQ but far superior to anything we've ever found up here. They use cherry wood (we use Post Oak) which adds a very nice mild to sweet flavor. Ribs were right up there with competion ribs and the brisket - while very different from Texad brisket - was very beefy and moist. I missed the smoke ring not being there but the flavor more than made up for its absence. The owner is as nice as they come and is happy to treat a newbie to some of his fare. He obviously knows that if you try it, you're gonna want more. Try em for yourself... and tell em the guy from Texas recommended them!

We planned to celebrate my Mom’s 70th birthday in Lewiston with no idea of local catering options. The Paddling Pig came up in a Google search with multiple 5 star reviews, so we rolled the dice and booked them!

The food was AMAZING and they provided VERY generous portions! I would Highly recommend checking out The Paddling Pig if you see their food truck at an event or if you’re having a gathering! You won’t be disappointed!
