I ordered cheese sticks with my meal. Order extra sauce. Made sure I was charged for the extra sauce but didn't put in the cheese sticks. So now I paid for a extra sauce and have two sauces but nothing to eat with them. When I called he was just like well I didn't charge you for them so oh well.

I’ve been coming to this location for well over 15 years. The service I had tonight was so incredible I felt compelled to leave a review. The kind folks on staff tonight (06/05/25 @6:30pm) were without a doubt the nicest experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant and the cleanest! the kindness of the staff left me and my husband saying we’re going to be frequenting Arby’s a lot more after this encounter!

The lady-(Jessica) taking our order had a real bad attitude when we ordered or food. We were taking our food home and she never ask us if we will be eating their or taking it home, then she gave us a tray to eat their .then we said this is supposed to be taken home and we asked her for a bag and she slammed all of our food in a bag and we opened the bag,and our food was a mess. And absolute no apologie from her.

I love Arby's but a lot of the times the roast beef is not warm and the buns sometimes are old
perfect quality, amazing service. Everything in my order was perfectly cooked and prepared. I'm a big fan of Arby's mozzarella sticks and this location's is the best I've ever had.
The guy running the drive through (didn't catch his name, but he was on the taller side with a shaved head) provided the literal best customer service I've ever experienced in a drive through. super friendly and welcoming, made sure I had all the condiments I needed. Genuinely awesome guy.
