Staff was very nice and it was clean. The ice cream was good and the scoops were big although there were only 8 flavors to choose from and it was on the soft side. Would return.

First of all you need people that speak English .. when trying to correct the mistakes of the worker they have no idea what your saying and can’t fix anything because they don’t understand anything .. second they never have fresh donuts . Like why be open if you never have donuts .. not all people wake up at 6 am to get a donut some of us like one at 12 pm and by then they are empty .. when ordering hand packed ice cream and pay more for it they still send you pre packed

can only give the two stars because they one didn’t have the flavors that were advertised on their menu website. Secondly, they were totally out of waffle cones, but that’s a big deal. Lastly their ice cream was weird. It wasn’t creamy like regular ice cream is was almost chunky like.Wouldn’t go back

I really can’t even give them 1 star, first the girl taking our order needed to hear it 5 times and she still didn’t get it right. The ice cream was frozen burn and the banana split the put in a one scoop cup and she said we fit it all in there but of course you can’t fit a banana split in a one scoop container. We also asked for extra pecans and not one. I am going back to speak to a manager . This was so disappointing and the girl was rude!!!
Large hard piece of black plastic found near the bottom of my fresh packed container. Tried calling store 5 times and no answer. Sent FB message too. Trying to report the issue has been a joke, can't reach anyone.
