LOVE this place. The staff are the main reason I come here. They are always funny, kind, and remember not only my name but my "usual" order. I used to be a Starbucks lover, until I tried Biggby's. SUPERIOR in every way. Coffee not bitter, prices are better, and the staff are terrific. Can't say enough good things. Try it, you won't be disappointed.

This is the first coffee shop that I have been to that welcomes my explorative questioning for the perfect coffee drink for me. Audra, Violet, Oliver are incredible, but Kiah is the reason i come here. There is nothing like a hardworking and down-to-earth staff. This staff is incredibly warming, welcoming, and informative.
