Honestly, one of the best cafes in Monroe! The staff is always fantastic and gives some of the best drink recommendations. I highly suggest you check them out at least once. But, after the first time, im sure you’ll be back for more! A+

Normally a fantastic experience, but a barista by the name of Kiah makes it difficult to leave happy. Time and again my drinks taste burnt from her, and if I ask for changes or specifics she gets rude. I shouldn't have to fix my drinks when I get home!

I love the coffee, and I haven't had any bad experience with workers because my mom works there and just saying there's a reason they don't accept 100 dollar bills and it literally says it ON THE CASH RESISTER that they don't accept bills larger than 20 so don't complain about something that is already set in place for a reason.

It was honestly a doordash order but I had the correct straw for my boba in my coffee order... Had a strawberry boba in a seasonal offering of blackberry caramel iced latte... Not sure what the name was called. But drink was perfect and had a smiley face on the cookie wrapper I received.

This Biggby location is our go-to when we want a great drink! Every staff member we've come across has been kind, patient, and knowledgeable and they ALWAYS have great recommendations if you're unsure of what to get. Biggy Monroe is THE BEST. As a coffee snob, I used to think Starbucks was good. OMG was I wrong! Biggby coffee is better tasting, better prices, and the staff are the best! Violet, Audra, Ava, Aiden, Sam, Kiah (to name a few) are always pleasant, funny and remember our order before I even speak. lol. Plus, the specials they offer can't be beat!
