We decided to go to Buffalo Wild Wings after trick or treating for dinner. We sat down, and waited for about 10 min before anyone came to our table. The waitress came, took our drink order, brought menus and didn't come back to take our actual order for over 20 minutes. She ended up taking another table first that came in after us. We came for dinner after a long day of wrestling with a group of 12. After placing our order and waiting for a while(empty restaurant) or food ALL came out cold/reheated. The manager was rude, was very aggressive and wanted to talk circles with us instead of remaking our food. Came in to tip our bill as we had a GREAT DAY and wanted to pay our good day forward….. We ordered through dood dash, we were shorted half our order. I called and was put on hold for over 20 minutes. We grabbed the bag and headed there. The girl at the counter was extremely rude when I asked for the manager. She took my bag and sat it on back counter.The manager came and I showed my receipt and explained what was missing, and food was now cold.
