Well I ordered on line, showed up on time. The wait wasnt the issue. But your online wouldn't let me select my drink, ended up with Pepsi, unfortunate i wanted sprite,
And that leads to why im writing this,
Because when I went to speak about my issue. Stating the online wouldn't give me a choice selection, she just pointed at the receipt and said you order this. And turned around and walked away. Dismissive and very rude. So yup my experience today. Thanks. š

Server, Cynthia was so sweet and was wonderful. Worst choice of music and sweet BarBQ wings were not sweet at all. Visit Trenton to know how things are supposed to be done. Wish I could share a video of the volume of the worst music ever created.

The only positive thing I have to say regarding this particular location is the staff were very friendly. Service was otherwise extremely slow. It appeared there was only one waitress covering the main dining area? Letās talk about the boneless wings. Hardly any sauce on most of them, see the photo attached. A very hard crust when biting into. Iāve had a better experience at other B-Dubs locations but this one isnāt it. The endless appetizers are worth it if you have the patience to wait a while for your next order to come in.

Traditional Wings were small and dry. My girlfriend got the boneless wings and they were hard has a rock. She sent them back and I just was tired of the slow service so I choked my food down. They were not very busy so I would have expected better food and service but itās Buffalo Wild Wings so you get what you pay for. We also tried to use the buy one get one free deal on the app but the waitress didnāt want to put in the effort so we only got the normal buy one get one for 50% deal on Tuesday. I didnāt realize this till after my card one ran so I just packed up my leftovers and left.

If I could rate the food 0 stars I would. My husband I ordered the 15 boneless wings, 5 tender and fries bundle. Almost all the boneless wings were hard as a rock. The garlic parm barely had any sauce on any of the wings, some had none at all. The tenders were mostly skin covered in batter and fried. But the pick up service was great and quick and the atmosphere was nice.

Was in Monroe visiting yesterday, stopped for a bite at this location which was awesome, got seated by nice young man with no wait ,awesome young waitress named Jenna took care of us with great service ,got our drinks ,food quickly. Enjoyed everything very much .Will definitely stop back againšš
