My boyfriend and I had our monthly date and chose Buffalo Wild Wings for this month. I didn't really like their food but Madison did a exceptional job taking care of us and making sure we were happy

If I could rate this place a 0, I would. However, the food was astonishing. The service? The atmosphere? HORRIBLE! My server Jenna, with the dark hair was talking absolutely smack about us and her other tables. Within ear shot of us, what a trip. You could see her pointing and laughing at us as well. Just made the whole environment uncomfortable, and I couldn’t wait to leave. I’m 37 years old and I’ve served over a number of those years and would never do that, much less outside of work to another person. On top of that, 2 of your servers were seen by me and definitely others, arguing together! Loudly, and aggressively. To make matters worst, it’s been a week since my dad passed, so times have been tough. Seeing her actions and hearing her words just made me want to just cry. But the lord is love and forgiveness, I hope the managers of this establishment can offer her some insight on how to treat people. Because this is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE!! As for the 2 other girls, work it out ladies!
Kid-friendliness: I wouldn’t, unless you want your child to witness misbehaviour from grown adults.

Carryout 12/7/24. I Wanted naked tenders to share with my wife. Menu offers a choice of 3,tenders or 5 tenders. I ordered the 5 and asked for one additional so wife and I could have three each. The counter attendant said this request could not be accommodated as there is no button on the register for a single tender and that my only option to achieve the desired six tender complement was to order two x 3 tender meals. One extra tender - eleven bucks or so. Sad .
My carryout order arrived. I checked it before departing. The tenders were so pathetically small. Included though were pan or grill scrapings. Mmm yummy. It’s unlikely I’ll do carryout here again.
Food 2 stars Service 2 stars - counter attendant didn’t even try Atmosphere - if you like UFC at 110 decibels this is the place for you.

The food was OK. Some of the wings were great,.. and others hardly had any sauce and were really small. The cheeseburger was really good. The waitress had over filed our drinks and then proceeded to spill them on our table. I had to ask for napkins,... and the waitress brought the napkins and never made an attempt to wipe up the spilled drinks, yes, the ones she spilled. I had to wipe up the table. The waitress was nice,... just strange.
