We waited for 45 minutes for a table for 3 and they told us to wait 15 more minutes while they had multiple booths open. Then they seated a table of 30 before us that got here after us.

I personally have not been a fan of buffalo wild wings usually experience a issue in previous years I've visited so I normally avoid this establishment. After shopping at Meijer I decided to give them a try again and get a take out order. Got the the wing special..unfortunately upon getting home I noticed both my orders were missing something, called the restaurant was told they're out & come in another time and they'll give it then...why wasn't I called or notified upon pick up instead of just not getting a complete order? I also ordered extra sauce for said items so that was a waste. Reached out to bww from the receipt was emailed back and offered 500 reward points for the hassle.
Also noticed alot of recent negative 1 star reviews from other customers...
I recommend saving your money and saving yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.
I came into the restaurant with my wife and kids, after standing at the door for 5 minutes we were informed it’s “seat yourself”. We proceeded to the table of our choosing, which was a booth so we’d have room for the car seat. We then sat for 25 minutes waiting for a wait staff member to acknowledge us. She apologized and disappeared for another 5-10 minutes. During this time I placed my own order via the app because my kids were getting restless. The waitress came back and asked what we’d like to drink, I took this time to kindly tell her since things seemed chaotic in the restaurant (even though mostly empty) I ordered through the app to make it easier on everyone. She told me she’d check on my order and then we were approached by the manager. I was informed they couldn’t find my order, and when I showed proof of it. She (the manager) told us we couldn’t eat the Togo order in the restaurant. At this point we had been in the facility for 45 minutes. I gave up at this point and left once my order was completed 15 minutes later. This is completely unacceptable.

We finally got a night to ourselves. We stopped in for a quick bite before running errands and heading home. We ended up spending the rest of the night in opposite bathrooms. We think it was the blue cheese since that’s the only thing we both had that was the same. We won’t be going back to any BWW. Once was enough.

We decided to go to Buffalo Wild Wings after trick or treating for dinner. We sat down, and waited for about 10 min before anyone came to our table. The waitress came, took our drink order, brought menus and didn't come back to take our actual order for over 20 minutes. She ended up taking another table first that came in after us. After we ordered, we still sat there for a long time, almost an entire hour total. We never received our appetizers, and kept watching food pile up on the counter. I finally said forget it, we are leaving. We got up, I went to the front counter, told them our issues and she said okay, I'll let your waitress know so you can pay for your drinks. A few min go by, and the waitress told me to come where she was so I could pay. So I hand her my card, assuming she was charging me for ONLY the drinks my family had because that's all we had... and she hands me the receipt to sign for $84.xx. I refused to pay for that, as we didn't eat it. We went back and forth for a few minutes, and she grabbed the manager. She told him the issue, and he refunded my money and tried to charge for the drinks but it wouldn't work on their computer so we ended up getting comped for the drinks ... but SERIOUSLY?! This is not the first time, or the second time we have had terrible service there but we always decide to give it another chance. The waitress never apologized, she just tried to argue with me. I'm sorry but, if they don't have enough staff, why are they even open?! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Went there for my son's football team to get together after winning their last game. There was not enough seating. The people and staff were not friendly when we were looking for seating. We finally found 3 seat but the table was filled with non busted food. My wife was trying to find staff to bust the table, ended up doing it herself! Just for us to not get waited on by anyone!! We ended up leaving, never to return! Would've gave negative stars if I could.

Spent $60 to almost recieve food poisoning and get bs'd around on my refund. My entire meal was inedible, I've never gotten chicken this old is my 28 years of living on top of missing things. They really need to do better for their customers specifically with prices so high. Complete waste of $60

We were here with a group for over 3 hours. Our waitress was not good or attentive. Everytime we wanted something we would have to get her attention. She never came to check on us. It was a wait in order to get her attention to simply get a refill on our drink. And to note, the store was not busy. There was only maybe ten other people in there at the time.

Me and my friends went there and proceeded to get ignored by a server with the name Mallorie for thirty minutes after she got our drinks. She finally comes back after waving her down, gets our appetizers in and offers refills! Our appetizers get sat down and I say we’re ready to order, she says hold on and she’ll be right back. Thirty more minutes pass. I try to wave her down or get other servers, who were very kind, to bring her over. Finally, I get up and go find her. Now, it was relatively busy and I am a server myself so I never want to stress a busy girl out! But after seeing multiple tables get sat after us and finish before us with the same server… it got a little irritating. I find her and she comes back to take our order, another server brings out our food—which didn’t upset me, I get that things happen—and she gets us refills as our drinks have now been empty for well over half an hour. She doesn’t come back to check on us once and I have to get another server to bring us our bill. Me and my friends are all on the younger side, so I’m assuming she thought we weren’t gonna tip well or she was just a bad waitress… regardless, I tipped twenty dollars on a bill that was $100. We got there at 7:50, didn’t leave until almost 10:00.
