I’ve been coming to this Burger King in Monroe Mi for quite sometime and I must tell you the manager here is so polite and very professional. One time I was here I witnessed the manager giving earbuds to his employees. Thanking them for doing a good job. Fast-forward a couple of months I’m back at Burger King again and I hear the manager complementing his stuff. It’s nice to see a professional manager in action. This is my favourite Burger King.

Lori and Liz and EVERYONE here at this location is amazing. I go here everyday in the morning for my breakfast. I love them all, always kind and fun to have around! I have not had one person at this location be any less than great!

Came in there and got the new churos so exited. I asked for 12 got 6 of them.. had to ask for the sauce called them like 14 times.. finally picked up and Sam was so disrespectful calling me a liar… when I only got six and just wanted what I payed for ..

Drive thru help is super slow. No one else in line to order. Had to repeat our order twice. Both employees not friendly. Didn't even greet us or tell us thank you have a nice day or anything. Our visit was Saturday 1:50 p.m.

Just stopped to get breakfast took ten mins for two sandwhiches..... absolutely absurd watch the girl finish being in her phone before even making them and straight putting the gloves on after putting the phone straight I her pocket the man at the window couldn't be bothered to move faster than a snail They were both wearing glasses and they both worked this morning at 7 o'clock. Today's date is 831. If these little rats did anything in my food and I get sick, I'm literally suing. If you can't handle being in customer service and put a smile on your face, get a different job.
