Edited review: They were able to rush some cookies but we only had 5 minutes before class ended to hand out the cookies for my son’s birthday. They didn’t charge us for them.Order cookies for son’s birthday party at school and called the day before to confirm , went to pick them up and they forgot about the order.

I went in to try it for the first time, I've seen nothing but good things online. They were incredibly friendly to every person, other than me, I watched as they quickly assisted every person, but I wasn't acknowledged once. I wanted something from the cooler *which you can't get yourself* but as I waited for anyone to ask about getting it or for someone to speak to me, as they did for the person in front of me and in front of them and every other person in the store, but no one spoke to me so I was just waiting. After the person in front of me reached the register the other helpers all disappeared or just stood by the register instead of asking me the same courtesy as every other customer got. So I personally won't be back. I'm not sure why being last in line means you couldn't acknowledged me, or say I'd be helped shortly or even a hi as every other customer got, so I walked out once I reached the front and realized they would only reluctantly help me, not provide the warm service the customer in front of me got. Its definitely not a place I'll return to or suggest anyone visits unless you know them. I strongly suggest going to Monica's Bakery, they have always been warm and friendly, even though I dont buy baked goods often. This place is maybe only friendly to regulars? I'm not sure but they definitely didn't make me feel welcome or even wanted in the shop.

I watched them take care of every customer and then disappear as they made me wait in line, never acknowledging me or offering to help. Literally helping everyone up to the person in front of me and then stop helping when it was me last. I would definitely NOT recommend going here. It was the worst service I've ever experienced. I've never watched people help everyone and them completley ignore me as if I'm not trying to buy something the same as the person who you helped right in front of me.

Well the person who took my cake over the phone she was very friendly Sierra she was very friendly you know that sort of thing and she she let me come in she let me come in about 8:00 in the morning to get my cake they don't open until 10:00 but they have stuff like cakes they have I'm sure they have pies they have cream puffs and and of course I obviously I obviously just picked up my cake and the cake is good The cake I had had lots of frosting on it and and it was and all that sort of thing and it was very neatly made and all that sort of thing there's a wheelchair accessible entrance and it's a big place and all that sort of thing I paid $40 but you know what it's worth it I will suggest check it out

My husband and I had Stephanie’s Cakes make our wedding cake last fall. We went and tasted the flavors before and OMG they are all delicious! It was hard to choose. We went with a 3 tier cake with Oreo, cherry chip, and carrot cake flavors. We were able to tell them what we wanted for the style and it was perfect. Delivery on the wedding day was seamless and the cake was just as good as the day we sampled! Everyone complimented us on how good it was! We only had 2 slices left at the end of the night because people were going back for more! Totally would use them again for future baking needs!

The cookies and cupcakes are beautifully decorated, but the taste is lacking along with very very dry. I attempted a few times thinking I got a bad batch, but no luck. I wish they tasted as good as they looked. The staff however was amazing.
