Absolutely disgusting how Dylan the manager acted today when I asked for a cup of whipped cream for my service dog he told me no I offered to pay for it. He told me no so I said cancel my order and they did so they would rather lose business then give me or let me pay for a cup of whipped cream for my service dog that had been traveling for four hours. Y’all need to do better. so glad I left discrimination against my service dog. Zero stars.

The food was tasty, but the amount of food for the price was a little underwhelming.
Not great. Gave us wrong condiments and barely any. Also does not offer pup cups.... they have whipped cream but evidently are not allowed to sell it for pup cups as every other chic fila does. Won't be back!

i ordered a sandwich and 2 tenders, my food was brought before the vehicle ahead of me THEN you made me wait at LEAST 5 mins for their food instead of pulling them forward so i could leave. food tastes like fried water. only unseasoned ppl like this place. ABSOLUTELY TRASH. NEVER

if i’m paying $11 for some nuggets they could at least fill the fries with the meal up all the way, common occurrence here 🙃 nuggets were wet and rubbery as well
Very friendly staff and they keep the store clean. Fast service was out within 7-10 minutes and they were super busy. Definitely will be coming back here!!
