When we want it we generally eat out of state because the service is much quicker and food is better / fresh. We went for dinner because my daughter was craving it and waited an hour for food. Got the food and was so disappointed, dried out and overcooked. Fried chicken had no flavor and hash brown casserole was soooooooo dried out and crispy . Left most of our meal sitting there and left still hungry. The wait time was ridiculous as there were only a few other tables occupied.

As soon as I arrived at this location, place was busy. Server took forever to take our order, then it took forever for us to get our food. She apologized for the wait however, she gave us the wrong receipt information when we were trying to leave so we had to wait even longer. Server Name: Cheyenne. Then we went to the gift shop, the lady at the counter named Debra was extremely rude. She called my grandma a sir when in fact she is not, so that goes to show she doesn’t pay attention. Then she was too busy talking to the other employee to give my grandma back her change. She needs to be talked to because she clearly isn’t a very friendly customer service person. Overall terrible experience, won’t be going back.
