Teach your staff to greet your front counter! 6 workers in the back laughing and chatting with eachother showing eachother things on their phones and there is 3 people waiting to have their order taken let alone be greeted.

Stopped to grab a lunch quickly. Ordered a single cheeseburger and a chocolate cone dipped in chocolate, and large diet Coke. While the cone was good, wish I could have upgraded to a different cone. Cheeseburger was below average at best. Having a Coke Freestyle machine helps with getting the drink you want. Place empty on a Saturday afternoon probably tells that I had a typical experience.

Took them 15 mins for. A banana split when there was no one in drive up or a head of me at 930 , they get in no hurry during lunch times either slowest place I ever been in the states
